It was such a mess. We checked in at 9am and they said it wasn't ready yet. After 30 minutes, they said everything was set up. We went to look for the cabana with my name on it. There wasn't one! Had to go back to the front desk to ask where is our cabana. They were confused. After about another 30 mins, they realized they put the wrong name. The food service was horrible. My two friends got their food and mine was forgotten. Took an hour to just get a cheese pizza. It wasn't even busy. It was just bad service. Paying for the cabana wasnt worth it. Resort Pass said one left so I had booked it. But only two were actually booked. The other cabanas people got to use them for free. We didn't have to spend the $175. It was a rip off. The pool wasn't heated either. False advertising. This was our first experience with resort pass and our last. Never using this website again.

Great great great just heat the pool

Beautiful hotel, great customer service, and good food. Really enjoyed our servers ( server trainer w/ ponytail & trainee) and the view was great.

Great experience. The staff are very attentive kind and helpful. We checked in easily and found the pool to be relaxing and beautiful. Heated water, enough lounge chairs and towels and great view.

I wanted to swim with my partner instead of beach water and I had an amazing experience and so did he. We felt really happy with the service and would definitely do it again.

We had a great time. Check in was easy. The server was attentive and we saw him often. The only thing I wish was that the pool was 18+ At one point a family with children came outside and that changed the mellow vibe of the pool area, but I get that hotel guests have the same access to the pool so it’s hit or miss with the crowd that will be at the pool. Overall we loved it.

the staff was friendly and the amenities were clean and neat. it is small but the view is nice. Food from the restaurant downstairs were good but the drinks were very average

We (2 adults + 2 kids) booked a daypass cabana to use the pool. It was exactly as advertised. Pool was small but clean and not crowded at all. Nice view. Cabana was also comfortable and there was drink and even food service in the afternoon. Highly recommend!

The staff were great (I have a lot of respect for anyone working during quarantine) but the pool was small, the space didn't match the photos and the benches weren't clean. There was only one umbrella and LA obviously gets hot. There were ZERO lounge chairs at 11am on a weekday which made me think that the hotel must have oversold tickets. Thankfully, a guy who had reserved a cabana invited me to take a corner, if not I literally would have had to sit on the scalding hot floor. There was a loud, drunk group not using masks and crowding within 15 inches of my fave to take selfies. Since there were no staff present til 1pm there was no one to do anything about it besides me trying to ask them politely to use masks. The view of Hollywood is nice and a small plus was the relatively cheap parking but there are definitely more pampered experiences available in LA.
