I gave four stars because there is no food and drink  poolside service but there is a restaurant on the premises that you can order togo...also there was no towels available at the pool..I had to get them at check in...but the pool was heated and it's was nice that it was not crowded..you also do have a nice view of the ocean with seals swimming.

First time

Pool is very small don't bring lay down floats only small ones. Water in pool is warm. The view is great . Very few chairs so get there early to get one. It is a nice classy hotel. Will be back again.

Great location

Much needed!!!

The jacuzzi was not working and the pool was cold.  There is no service at the pool either.

Weak Sauce

The staff at this hotel is so friendly and accommodating and real! I’ve had relative stay here before and the restaurant Baleen is great. They recently re-modeled everything and it’s really quite new and lovely. We used the paddleboards available nearby and had just an amazing day. Beautiful beach, beautiful scenery, beautiful stuff! We will be back for sure! PS the pool is very very small. But for us it worked!

Great location and service 

The parking is free, the hotel is nice, the front desk was helpful, friendly and polite. The pool and pool area was very very small. More like a small apartment pool vibe. Like in a small, mediocre apartment complex. No view from the pool area unless standing at the edge looking over the hedges, and lots a view of the side of the building (not pretty). No services or staff at all at the pool, and no food of bar nearby- only across the street and it’s closed Monday and Tuesday's. This was a disappointing resort day because the listing description is not really reflective of what you actually get. Be prepared for a very very low key small pool day with a basic deck and no services. Pool and pool area were clean, and again, hotel staff was friendly- facility is not resort style. I feel the price is too high for the experience offered. I love using resort pass, this was the first time I’ve encountered this.

1 - says i cancel 24 hours before but when i tried they said the hotel has different policies -- so that's misleading 
2 - i came in at maybe 11-1130m and was wanting to eat at the restaurant but its closed so i had to leave the premises to go have lunch
3 - there is no public wifi in the pool so if you needed to work or anything you need to use phone wifi which is really slow in that area

What should have been maybe a $20 value at best, cost $65. So incredibly disappointing.
