Great time !!

Supposed to go fishing with the boys. Waves and wind made us cancel. Rented a cabana hung out by the pool, lunch and drinks. Perfect day. 

Perfect alternative 

Everything was great about this location. Service, drinks, and atmosphere where exactly what I needed to just unwind and escape for a daycation. 

Relax and unwind 

Great location. Got there a little before 11 and was able to get great chair location with umbrella. The restaurant and bar staff were super attentive even when it got busy. Be warned, when you arrive you must put CC on file to open a tab and they automatically add 22% tip.  We did rent jet skis with the in property vendor and they were great too.  Kids enjoyed the day and so did we.

Great location and service 

Me and my husband have lived in Miami and have never been to the keys since we've been together. A friend recommended getting a day pass for JJs Big Chill and it will be a new go-to for us whenever we go down! I love the poolside service, the food is AMAZING, the Pool was perfect, live music set the mood, and the breeze from the ocean right behind us just made everything better. They also have jet ski rentals and more which we definitely plan on doing next time. Overall we had an amazing time and we cant wait to go again

The pizza was awesome!! We had a great daycation! Lina went above and beyond with her service and made us feel so comfortable that the day went by so fast.

Good service 

My husband, my two grandkids and myself arrived on time at this resort, the water was extremely cold making us impossible to get in the swimming pool, I spoke to the manager Amanda and she said she could not do anything to make the water hotter and to get in contact with your company ResortPass. In your ad it says swimming pool water is heated which is not true.i need to get my refund back to my credit card. Thank you 

Swimming pool temperature unacceptable 

I was very disappointed with this location. We love the keys and have been to the big chill to eat before. The pool area was our first. We showed up around 11:20am and the Cabana was available to us from 11am to 7pm. When we got there we were pointed to an area and told we can pick either cabana. The cabanas were not ready for guest. Completely disgusting furniture dirty tables broken without glass, sofa furniture dirty. I.cleaned myself our area as best as possible moved our own lounge chairs and after atleast 1 hour, I asked the server to please send someone to clean all the debri on the floor. The service was ok because they didnt have enough staff but the servers were very nice. Unfortunately I would never come back to the cabana but I would definitely come.back for a happy hour at the bar. Very disappointed with all the money we spent it should have been a better experience 

Love the Keys

Visiting from Canada . I had to be in Key Largo for part of the day and took my family with me to make a full day out of it. We rented a cabana at the Big Chill and made a full day out of it there . Amazing time!  Great vibe,people, food, service music.
We did many water sports and also fished nearby. The kids loved it and want to go back. Everything was top notch and friendly .The next time i see ourselves spending  a few days there 
I highly recommend going.
