Went to the pool on a weekday and it was a great chill, quiet vibe! The pool is nice and there are lots of chairs and several cabanas. Parking is pricy but overall I would definitely go back! The hotel is really nice inside and every staff member we interacted with was super helpful and polite. 

Great Pool

This was my first ResortPass experience and it turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. Access to the lounge, steam showers and sauna made for a perfect afternoon getaway. Front desk hosts and the spa attendant Christine were very helpful and took great care of me. The spa area was clean and well appointed with towels, soap, lotion, and refreshments. Thought it was a great value for the 2 hours - would definitely book again!

Highly recommend for a treat yourself day or a fun thing to do with your sisters like I did. A complimentary bottle of champagne. Add on services are pricey.

Omg my DAYcation was amazing! The drinks and food was 10/10! The Spa was amazing as well! I definitely will be booking again!

Not worth the money

I decided to do a Day Pass for my Birthday Wk. Honest feedback service was great, concerning incident,  apparently a small child was allowed to go to bathroom un-attended, left feces foot prints all through the only one unisex restroom. I was so disgusted by that and thinking about the child getting back into the pool after, I just sat in the hot sun the entire time. I had to go to the lobby restroom on the main floor to change. Also the restroom near the pool was like a Sauna no AC, what woman wants to get changed in that temperature.

On top of that the hotel charged several unauthorized fees to my credit card. I have contacted the accounting department and still no response. 

The best part was hanging in the lobby lounge bar area after. 

Not sure i would go back, but we shall see! If you do a day pass, combine w/ a spa pass so you can utilize the Spa Amenities (e.g. showers etc..) thats the only way i would go back.
