Was it worth a $50? Not really. There is nobody there so I think $30 would have been a lot more reasonable.

Quant little hotel

Bartender friendly, pool clean and lots of towels available. Guest shop had great  merch.

Great location, great aesthetic 

Friendly vibe with pool floats and a pool bar. Perfect daycation 

Great vibe

Love the Austin Motel. It is not the fanciest pool in town but it doesn't strive to be. You can bring your own food, or order from the on-site restaurant. Love it and will be back.

Incredible! Clean extremely welcoming

Came here for a birthday day cation and had a great time. The staff was friendly. The pool was clean with plenty of floats provided. We were able to bring in some pizza as well. They had music on but not too loud so it did not feel clubby. Overall, a very relaxing experience.

Relaxing and laid back

We went to an outdoor movie at the Austin Motel pool, which was super fun. However, I was disappointed that the ResortPass listing stated they included complimentary towels and floaties, only to be told at check-in that they no longer provide or guarantee those items. They told us this was due to theft in the past. As a visitor from ResortPass, I'd expect that they update the listing to reflect what amenities are actually being offered - especially towels at a pool event.

Fun event but misrepresented amenities

The gate to get in was propped open with a brick. Rude staff. No towels. We left and won't be back.

Really disappointing experience

Super chill, great music and vibe. Family friendly but also young and hip. Not too busy, and central location in one Austins most iconic neighborhoods. Looking forward to going back for sure
