Had a 6hr wait before my flight after getting off my cruise. This day pass option was a life saver. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the lounge area was cozy and very relaxing.

It was a nice pool area and staff was helpful and exceptionally friendly. If you plan to swim its freezing cold and very difficult to stay in but if you just want to lay out and use the hot tub its perfect and not crowded at all.

Took Uber to resort after booking a day room after a  cruise so we could relax until PM flight home. Arrived to a lobby full of people, 1 clerk, unable to check in after half hour wait, check in clerk said my credit card was denied. Tried another card 2, same issue. Clerk said my cards were probably flagged due to travel. After another hour on phone with card companies who all said no problems with my cards or accounts. Clerk unable to process confirmedcreservation and was extremely rude. She kept arguing there was nothing wrong with their system, and it was my cards! Left after 2 hours tryingvto resolve and wasted $80 on Uber rides from port and back.

Great location and staff was super nice!

Mt granddaughter and I truly enjoyed our time there at the poolside - no one else was in the pool at all. The age of the spa tub was dated and it was a little rough sitting in the spa, but the pool was great! I thought it was going to ve warmer but I guess the pool is not heated so it was cold. The seating areas around the pool and spa were really nice. It was a really good - enjoy the pool and spa for a couple of hours kind of a day.  Thanks!

Good location!

Why this location is even on your website is beyond me! The rooms are in such bad condition is an understatement. Doors were jammed to where you need assistance to even open it, first room had no A/C working at all on the 9th floor. The 2nd room was even worse on the 5th floor, old run down no actual renovation  done since who knows when! Bathroom had no working shower at all, handles were loose hanging on outside the wall, vent to the A/C was in the wall insecurely the list is endless. To be honest this is a disgrace for the amount of money they charge even if it is for the day only..

Enjoyed my day cation in the pool and jacuzzi 

Nice pool and jacuzzi not too crowded 

Purchased a day pass to enjoy the pool, Jacuzzi and services offered with my family. The staff at this location was completely disengaged and not helpful. There was nothing to eat or drink as the restaurant and bar does not open until 5pm which makes no sense as your day pass hours are between 10am and 8pm. The concession stand and coolers were out of stock, when I asked why there was no food or drinks the manager stated their order was on back order. The pool was cold, the jacuzzi was dirty.  I left the Hotel about 7pm only to find that my car was broke into, someone attempted to steal my truck! ! Steering column busted, damaged to the interior.. best part is this Hotel does not have any surveillance, the staff showed zero compassion nor did they seem to care! I had to get towed home!!! This Hotel is the worst place I have ever experienced!! Stay far away 

Worst day of ever!

Ive used Resort Pass all over LA & OC hotels maybe a dozen times. Holiday Inn Long Beach Airport fell way short of my expectations. Then again, at $20 a person I suppose you get what you pay for. 

The doors to the pool are locked from the inside (not out)! So if you think about leaving for lunch or any other reason, be prepared to wait at front desk for 20 minutes to have an employee escort you out to the pool. Very inconvenient. They will not issue you a key card.

This hotel appears to have a major problem with local pool hoppers (aka trespassers) which explains the odd access issues.  In example, we witnessed two individuals ask someone to open the gate for them. They were definitely not hotel patrons nor resort pass holders. 

Read Yelp reviews and you'll see similar complaints. 

Pool is not heated despite what you may read. Also, do not be deceived by pictures. The pool is tiny and there are a total of 4 reclining pool chairs. 

Save the money and take a bath at home.
