This is our third time using resort pass for this hotel and we will again and again. It is always super clean, plenty of chairs, private beach access, two pools to use, and so many more amenities. We love it!

Awesome day!

Had a great day using the resort pass. The hotel was nice and not overly crowded. Only negative was the pool water too cold to get in. I would still come back again.

Great Time

Went this past Monday.  Outdoor bar was not open all day.  This should be on their website.  Inside bar was open, but the price of cocktails was beyond ridiculous.  Restaurant did not open for lunch until noon.  The cook was screaming at the two waitresses because they were handing him orders from customers saying “I am here by myself.”  Sorry sir, but the whole restaurant was upset with your behavior…..it was totally unacceptable and these girls did not deserve your reaction.  Everyone knows most all businesses are short handed but there were no customers complaining.  If I were the manager of the Holiday Inn he would no be employed.  I am a local resident and came with a friend to enjoy a day now that most tourists have left.  I own my own pool at my own home and was looking for a day vacation on the lazy river, have a cocktail and an enjoyable lunch, but it was not enjoyable.

Trip with the family this past weekend turned out to be beautiful!! Thankyou Holiday Inn for a very nice day out!!!
