I have finally learned an important lesson. Call the property in which you are interested BEFORE purchasing your Pass. Unfortunately, I had not called ahead, so I was supremely disappointed to hear the spa was closed indefinitely. The Hilton Lake Las Vegas is very worn down. From the fixtures inside to the foliage outside, this property appears almost worn out. Sadly, my breakfast at the Cafe was bland as well. The highlight of my visit was my interaction with team members. Everyone to whom I spoke was cheerful and friendly. Thank you, Anna, for your delightful service by the pool. 

A Real Disappointment 

Enjoyed a beautiful day by the pool in a very serene environment. Can't wait to visit again!

Relaxing day by the pool

I was utterly shocked on how different the pictures from the resort pass website appeared and advertised were to that of the real life property in person. It felt deserted and forgotten about with very little greenery or people anywhere. The pool was clean and thankfully our pool service woman Anna was very sweet and took great care of us. I really appreciated her doing the best she could and making sure we had everything we needed, in the hot sun. But I had to almost jump a fence to get access to a pool I paid for weeks ahead which I did not like at all. The lack of communication between resort pass and the hotel in this location seemed very poor and at my arrival, was very clear as I had to wander a bit on my own to find our destination. I have not experienced that in other CA locations so that was disappointing. I really will be reconsidering booking after this experience in NV and I will making sure to check Yelp and other review posts before booking and paying.
