The place was very clean and beautiful, staff was very nice ,my husband and I with our two daughters had a lovely time there

Everything from hotel staff to food was great!! Lunch and Pool pass are worth it! Next will be trying the Brunch pass

All the staff we encountered were great. Very friendly and the young lady at the lobby bar was exceptional!! However,  there was so much trash at the pool. We were there for about three and a half hours and at some point the front desk agent came out to clear some of the trash,  which I found very odd. Why? There were several guys running around doing nothing who looked like they could have emptied the over flowing trash can and the table that had a jenga tower of trash. Towards the end of our stay, a man came out with a trash bin, but didn't not empty the trash can. We made sure to at least not leave our trash on the tables by the lounge chairs. Also,  the food options were not that appealing. We wanted to eat there at first,  but opted to head back towards home for dinner. 

Great daycation except...

Overall a pretty big let down. I came here for my birthday and stayed for maybe 2 hours before we left. The front desk didnt have my resort pass and ended up just looking at my phone for confirmation. She didnt give me any info of where to park, where the pool is, etc until I had to ask. We then got mixed info that valet is free you just have to tip (which I would assume) and then the valet boy told us that it does cost to park until we finally asked if we could just self park and where. Once we were able to finallly get to the pool it was a nice area, nice guests and cute vibe. The waiter basically ignored me and my boyfriends presence the entire time to the point that I had to wave him down after he quickly walked by us, while asking every single other guest if they needed anything. I shouldve just spend more money and went to a nicer resort in Clearwater but I wanted to be in the Dunedin area and this place had good reviews. If I were to do it again I would never choose the Fenway.

Had a wonderful and relaxing experience lounging by the pool. The front desk staff were kind and food service was great, both attentive and professional. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Great Service!

Not sure who to blame; my husband treated me to a visit on Mothers day & he purchased the meal option.
 I called almost a month in advance just to inquire since the restaurant service as they had weird hours and all seemed a go. Upon arrival we found out that we were not gonna get a meal or a drink that was bundled, however, Dave the bartender was able to at least accommodate with that, because of a mothers day brunch going on instead. Which was not extended to us. We got a refund for just the meals but with nothing to eat it cut our trip very short. Offer also included reserved lounge chairs, and there was more guest than chairs, so that was a no too. 
 We never got the Wi-Fi password and luckily we got the last two towels has no one was attending to them either.
Really ruined my mothers day and again not sure to blame Resortpass or Fenway but at this point I dont want to use either. 

Not as advertised 

My sister and I had a beautiful day by the pool at this hotel! The facilities were very nice and clean and the environment was relaxing.  The pool was a little cold but since it was hot outside it was Ok. Our server was excellent! We will definitely come back again!
