Amazing Beach & Pool + Service at the Fairmont El San Juan in our Beach Side Cabana for 4 + we had 2 teenage children with us so we grabbed 2 poolside loungers that were available across from the cabana to use for the afternoon. Michael took care of us and everything was perfect!! Food & Drinks added up quick so we had no problem spending the required $385. Music / DJ on the weekends over by the pool bar but was far enough away from our cabana to enjoy! This was our 2nd time at this property using the Resort Pass. 
The hotel is beautiful with lots of amenities including hot tub, outdoor showers, sunblock & pool/beach towels. 
Eric took care of us last time and such a sweet guy! Juan & the Staff at the pool / towel checkin area are organized and professional And get You comfortable ASAP. Loved the complimentary Fruit Bowl & Bottles of Evian Waters. Weather was Amazing too!! We will definitely be back :)

Beautiful resort area

The resort is super relaxed and the staff are good. My favorite waitress was Katherine! She was so helpful and willing to get us pretty much everything we needed. Our beach bed was comfortable they cover it with towels and provide you with towels and have no issue providing as many towels as you need. We ate the wings and fries and they were good, food is slightly pricey $19 for 10 wings and $14 for fries and the drinks are average price. During our visit an iguana fell in the pool and they closed the pool down to clean it but it was close to closing time but I respect the fact that they did close it to clean! The grounds were generally clean and there werent a lot of people on the beach soliciting. The music was good, the vibes were cool and the beach is nice. Just an all around good visit.

Terrible !  Tried to cancel Friday the day before and impossible to do. No one at the resort knew how to do it but couldnt.  One helped and said cancellation went through but I dont see it on my email.  I did not use it on April 19.  If I dont get a refund I will have to contact my credit card company.   Thank you
