my experience met expectations. i got the pass that included entry into the spa, which meant access to a steam shower as well as seating areas, showers, locker room, and jacuzzis that regular hotel guests and pool pass holders couldn't enjoy. the pool was very uncrowded on the fall weekday i was there.  it was easy to check in at the hotel front desk. i really enjoyed my relaxing day in this oasis.

We had a wonderful time enjoying a special birthday with our friend. The pool snack staff were the best and Chris was a terrific employee and should be commended. We cant wait to go back after the renovation!!!

Beautiful Spa and Pool

Staff very professional yet warm and friendly. The hotel is beautiful. The only concern I had is that the poolside restuatant was not available the days I booked for and that was not made clear until arrival.

The staff was amazing.  Great customer service.

  The venue is in need of an update- new outdoor furniture and cushions, new tile in showers.

We booked a bed canopy that included fruit and soft drinks. What a terrific, beautiful experience. So relaxing. Poolside service was excellent. The pool was plenty long enough for lap swimming and used a salt-water cleaning system, so no chlorine smell. 

What a Wonderful Day

The wonderful employees made the day! The property is a bit worn & dated, and the facilities definitely could use some renovations. The prices for food and beverages were a little high.  But the friendly, efficient staff made this one of the most relaxing and enjoyable days I have ever had!
