The pool & jacuzzi was nice and clean, great atmosphere and quiet to get some reading done.

Great Pool Area

Small but refreshing pool. The sun starts to become blocked by trees/buildings around 4pm, so keep that in mind. Drinks & food are on the expensive side. 

Nice quiet pool during a weekday 

It was a decent pool. Lots of kids playing in it, not the place I would want to go again just for adults. Complimentary parking in their garage which we found out about upon check in. 

Sunday Pool Day

I have done this resort pass multiple times this summer, all during the week.

It is incredibly uneven. Half the times I had to sweep the pool myself. Half the times the Capital Annex construction was so loud I couldnt talk to the person next to me (not the Hyatt fault but they don't even mention it at all in the listing.

Today was the only time bar staff came out to the pool. The staff is great all around.

So why do I keep coming back? Well, during the week its pretty empty, the price with parking included is decent, better when it was $25, but inflation, I guess? 

The loungers are nice. The towels are big. Its ridiculous that none of the curtains work on the cabanas. 

Anyway, the construction should be done next summer and I look forward to seeing the improvements.

If I could leave 3.5 stars, I would 

Great time had. Cabanas are first come serve. Facilities are nice and clean. Some street noise, but not bad. Unfortunately we had to order drinks and food inside due to short staffing. 

Amazing time! 

Such a seamless process using the day pass. Check in was easy, pool side service was plentiful. Will absolutely be back and recommend this service to friends.

Great day at the pool 

Resort Pass fans, if you are looking for enjoying time ...not here. Pool is facing main, busy street and at the moment there is large re development going on right across the street... which represent a lot of noise. The key to get free garage exit is valid only until 6pm, we were not told about it. Photos are better than the reality is.

Always a nice time, great pool, love the drinks! 

Nice staycation

The pool was fabulous! Super comfy chaise lounges, a really nice view of trees, pretty sitting areas with couches and a comfortable arm chairs -- as well as a nice area with tables and umbrellas. GREAT service, clean pool ! I definitely will go back again!
