It was okay

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a spa day at Spa 950  located in the Embassy Suites, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the initial phone call to schedule our couples massage, Anne was incredibly pleasant and professional, making the booking process a breeze. Upon arrival at the hotel, the front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, guiding us seamlessly to the spa area.
We were warmly greeted by the sweet Anne, who efficiently checked us in and provided a thorough tour of the spa facilities, including the showers, steam room, and lockers. Our massage therapists were equally wonderful, attentively asking about our areas of concern before delivering the most relaxing Swedish massages we've ever experienced.
Additionally, our resort pass allowed us to enjoy a delicious lunch at BTw restaurant and spend a delightful afternoon at the beach and pool. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with both the spa and hotel services and amenities. 

Perfect Spa Day Experience 

Everything was great and we will be returning. The only thing I didn't like was trying to get back to the pool area from the beach. You need a hotel
room key or someone has to let you back into the gate. The Location of the beach is perfect but don't leave your beach chairs because the hotel doesn't provide them. Lastly, booking was very easy to do and scheduling.

This hotel was beautiful! Pool was lovely, nice chairs. I didnt order anything and in hindsight glad I didnt! 
Went to the spa early to shower before my massage because I was full of sun screen. This facility is really lovely and the staff is amazing. Got an incredible massage, and had a relaxing time afterwards in the steam room. 
This is what made this experience worth it.
After I decided to use my 20% off coupon for the restaurant and was so disappointed. It was terrible service with a lot of waiting on my part, politely asking for service and then being ignored again, and needing to flag them down more to just order food. The food itself was really bad. Blackened Mahi mahi was under seasoned, overcooked, and kind of rubbery. Caesar salad was overdressed, and sadly the soft boiled egg on the salad (since when do these come on a Caesar salad?) was honestly the best part.

Unfortunate Ending

Massages were amazing.
The hotel was under construction and we we were not told about it. The jacuzzi was ice cold water. Pool was cold too. A lot of construction around the premise. Iguanas all over the place and hands out by your chair poolside. Steam room needs to post a sign about how the steam works to warn the customer about the loud noise and stem comes out.

My husband and I had an amazing time at Embassy suites. We had a couples massage and we spent a lovely day at the pool. The staff was kind and helpful. Only confusing part was parking but staff was helpful with confirming where we parked was ok.
