We spent an amazing day at the Four Seasons Nevis in a beach cabana. The covered cabana featured 2 loungers, television, sofa, chairs, and the reservation also provided us with 2 reserved loungers near the ocean and 2 loungers just outside the cabana. Although there was just 2 of us, there was plenty of room for a larger group. The staff spoiled us all day by being attentive to our needs - bringing us cocktails and food when requested. It is a beautiful resort and the sand is immaculate! I highly recommend this day pass! We were so glad to visit and be pampered for the day and will be back!

Fantastic Day!

Did the spa pass and spent the day. Loved the cold plunge and warm pool. Very relaxing, beautiful greenery and delightful staff. 

Relaxing escape 

As guests of the resort we booked the cabana to use for our 7 month old bab while on vacation with other families. During our cabana rental a cell phone of one of our friends went missing  children went missing. The staff looked around and the concierge called lost and found but beyond that nothing was said other than to try to use find my phone. Very disappointed in the four seasons. 

Be careful of belongings 

The resort is absolutely beautiful. The staff was so polite and nice. Marva was our waitress and she was great. Food was great especially the fried chicken sandwich!  The cabana pool was big and beautiful 

Great day and beautiful property 

The location is great however the service is lacking. We registered with four guests and got 2 towels. We asked for more but never received them. Finally they brought one more. They never came around to take orders for food or drink. We had to track them down. The attendants seemed to want to amend more time dancing with the DJ than helping guests. Beautiful views and great food just did not get the Four Seasons service I expected. We got better service at Sunshines down the beach. 

Great Location / Bad Service

We opted for a pool cabana day pass (2 of us). These are located at the main pool only, which draws so many children and pool toys we were unable to enjoy the pool, and the adult pool is very remote on the property. The cabana itself was adequate, though no view as a hedge is used to create privacy (which we were grateful for). The service was exceptional - our dedicated server Yolo and her colleagues checked in on us frequently. The food and cocktails were likewise exceptional, and the $150 voucher made the cabana an obvious choice over just the day pass. We would not opt for the pool cabana again and would try the beach cabana with a larger group.

Superb location of Four Seasons

Wonderful location.  Excellent food. Super friendly staff and just a great experience overall.  We rented the beach cabana and it was perfect! We went between the beach and pool.
