Embassy Suites by Hilton Napa Valley

The people working there seemed nice. I called ahead and they said all pools & hot tubs were open but that was a lie. It was full of towels but apparently closed. Inside pool they said was heated and its like an ice cycle. Only thing warm is hot tub. Its over priced for what is advertised but not true Dont waste your money to go from Marin to this location its very disappointing. Theres not a good child menu for food and swimming indoors is cold. Go somewhere else not worth it

Daughter & mom pool time not great 

Had a nice afternoon with my 10 year old son on a really hot day. We had plenty to do between the 2 pools (indoor and outdoor) and hot tub (indoor). Was not crowded. We also had access to the happy hour which was abundantly stocked with food and drinks. The atrium is a pleasant setting. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. 

Great amenities

I went with my daughter for the last heat wave for the year (hopefully) and it was nice to just relax by the outdoor pool. We planned to go indoors for the hot tub but we were too relaxed outside. I went in to order food from grill 29 and we were served poolside. Great service! We are locals so I plan to go again with my daughters for another staycation!

Heat relief 

Overall, a lovely hotel with nice staff.  However, during my 4 hours there, no one from food service checked in on the outdoor pool. More importantly, there was no hot water in the rest rooms or the shower (located adjacent to the indoor pool).  And I let the water run over 4 minutes just to make sure.

Nice staff and facility but...

The hotel is conveniently situated near downtown, making it an accessible oasis amidst the city buzz. The lush landscaping around the pool offered a sense of seclusion and peace, providing a perfect escape from the usual hustle and bustle. What made the experience truly exceptional was the attentive and friendly staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone from the front desk to the restaurant servers and poolside attendants went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Was almost put off by the reviews that mentioned the hot tub was not warm; however, the hot tub was very much heated.

Great location and everything we were looking for

The resort is beautiful. It was nice to have an outdoor and indoor pool with a hot tub. However, the hot tub was luke warm and not hot! We got chilly in the hot tub! The indoor pool was chilly so we spent most of our time in the luke warm hot tub. We are not from Napa, but wanted a fun day retreat. We would come back if they fix the temperature on the hot tub.

Nice resort but cold hot tub

So close too home and perfect for a swimming day with kids! Staff friendly, pools small but not at all busy, food at the restaurant good and reasonably priced.

All around great day!

This is our second time visiting Embassy suites hotel. We love the family environment. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My daughter really enjoys the pool and the loves the pond with ducks. We recommend %100
