Nice hotel and friendly welcome and clean grounds. Only negative was the server never asked us if we wanted anything and skipped us each time he came out. 

My friends and I booked a cabana at Drift to get some pool time in before a flight and we would absolutely do it again! It was an incredible experience from start to finish. We arrived around noon and were the first group to check in for a cabana. There was plenty of space in the pool- it was not crowded at all. The cabana had misters and a fan to keep us cool and was shaded the entire time we were there (which was a huge plus for us!) We were even brought fruit and cold towels when we settled into the cabana. We were able to order food from the hotel restaurant and while a bit pricey, the tacos were amazing and absolutely worth it. Staff were friendly and truly went above and beyond for us when one of our friends got overheated. We felt so taken care of and were SO impressed by the service and the genuine care that the staff members showed us. I am already looking at booking a stay at Drift solely because of our cabana experience; would definitely recommend! 

A five star experience!!

My flight was delayed while I was on the way to the airport, decided to take full advantage of my extra few hours of sunshine! Great pool, not crowded at all while I was there. The restaurant/bar is right next to the pool but there was also a pool server. The front desk attendant was fantastic!

Great little spot!

Went on a Thursday, stayed from about 11 to 5. Easily got a lounger and had a really nice afternoon. Special shout-out to Edgar for taking good care of folks poolside. 

Great location and ambience

The pool was chill, beautiful and relaxing. Good and drinks were amazing. Their steak taco was the best!

Amazing!!

Nice sized pool, which is the only strong point, but there's a few things to be aware of. Although the pool is open early (from 8am), there's no drinks or anything to buy or enjoy around the pool until 11am when the inside bar opens.

When the inside bar finally opens, you have to walk up to it, which is well away from the pool, to get your own drinks. They didn't even have sparking water, either.

Pool area has a limited number of sun beds and when I arrived at 9.30am, 80% of them were already covered in towels where people had woken early and bagged their sun bed, even though they weren't there in person. There was two sun beds marked as out of action due to repair.

There was no-one supervising the pool nor pool service, even after 11am.

Lastly, I simply walked in. Although I booked on ResortPass, the door to the pool was wide open, no-one around and no-one asked anyone if they should be there. I could have just walked in for free.

Average at best

Loved the service, lounge chairs are super comfortable, the day bed is very nice, the water was warm even in the morning! Will come back for sure! And the hotel is very cute! Staff super friendly, parking easy.

Very cute and nice place!

Great location, newly developed with warm and friendly staff. The only reason I cannot give a five is because there is no poolside service. Unfortunately, you have to walk to the bar each time you want to order something. The caviete, is that they'll bring it too you. But, I had the bartender forget to make my drink. Plus, there was no one that followed up after food was dropped off with napkins, etc. I think if they were able to change this, it would for sure be a 5 star review for me. Overall a great vibe and beautiful spot!
