For the positives, the resort has a beautiful infinity pool and a great view of crashing waves.  If you are looking for a usable beach area, this is not a great place.( we were not) .  Too many rocks and the water was extremely rough.  
Upon arriving, it took while to get assistance to check in and get to our cabana.  Once at the cabana , the furnishings were comfortable, however if you have 8 people that it is advertised to accommodate, you would have been very disappointed.  For reference there were only two small sofas with a small table in front of, which was comfortable for my husband and I.  It would accommodate 4 people comfortably, but not 8.
There were around 6 or 7 cabanas and ours was the only one rented out that day.  We saw our server twice.  Once to take our lunch order and second time to deliver the lunch.  He never came back at all.  For over $800 to rent the cabana we had higher expectations.


Save Your Money 

The resort is small, clean and very modern. The pool is a lovely feature.. It includes a lovely stretch of beach. The waters of Condado beach is very rough, so we didn't get in the water. We spent the day relaxing in a cabana and enjoyed the bar and appetizers.

The process of checking in and having our bags stored was super easy. Although the bags are just in the lobby with minimal attention. 
The cabana was great and good service. It came with a bottle of cava and juices to make mimosas. The price of the suggested food felt very expensive so we stuck with the drinks. 
The sun passed behind the hotel by about 1:30pm (February) so we were in the shade for the remainder of the day which was a bummer considering we were hoping for some good sun on the last day. The cabanas provided shade consistently and the pool chairs were all pretty much taken before we got there. 
Overall the hotel was nice and a great spot for the day after checking out of our AirBnB but expect not much sun.

Beautiful pool and views.  Fun music and vibe.  Just understand you arent really getting an actual cabana.  Its just 2 loveseats under a pergola.

We booked the Premium Delux Cabbana for a bachelorette party.The facilities are beautiful!The entire staff was truly amazing but our server Ocean is the true MVP. The DJ was also great and made sure we had a great time. We were also.allowed to arrive earlier to decorate and get everything ready before the bride arrived.
We had the best time ever but unfortunately I can't give a 5 start review. The cabbana was a HUGE disappointment. When 3 of us arrived to set things up and decorate, the 1st thing we had to do was clean.There was hair, straws and napkins on the sticky floor and food/drink stains on the tables.The cushions were in extremely poor condition. They we severely discolored from being in the sun, some hard dark stains and bird poop on them.Since 3 of us arrived early, we had time to run around swapping "better" looking cushions from the other cabbanas but were also in terrible condition. It's time for them to give those cabbanas some much needed care!!

Perfect Bachelorette Party

I can't say enough great things about this resort. We did a cabana for the day for our cruise ship San Juan Port day.  The view was stunning from the pool and our cabana! The food was outstanding.  Our drinks were great and our cabana attendant/ bartender was attentive and polite. It was fun to see the tiny horseshoe crabs in the plantar by the cabana. The beach sand is soft but the beach itself is rocky...so the pool is the perfect place to be in the water and not navigating the rocks. The bathrooms were very clean.  It was the perfect place to have a relaxing, wonderful vacation day and a highlight of our trip!
