So I was looking somewhere to relax after not having to watch the kids or work. I was looking forward to just relax and rejuvenate myself. And to my surprise the experience exceeded my expectations definitely will be back. 

Great Staycation 

My daycation at Waldorf Astoria was amazing. The staff was inviting and friendly. I loved being able to work out in the fitness center then relax in the spa. The vitality whirlpool, dry sauna and heated saline indoor pool were amazing!

Love the Amenities!

I got sick and emailed about getting a refund or credit and resort pass did not make a exception. Be warned that  if you book and cant make it. You will lose the amount you paid.

Got COVID and no refune

I enjoyed myself so much! Im waiting for them to start back accepting clients for the spa day.

Awesome

I definitely got into my inner diva with this resort pass. The facility has a high class feel however it got very crowded and I had a few issues with my order with the kitchen. 

Luxury feel 

I called the hotel 5x and left a message to confirm my reservation. They never called back. When I did reach them they told me they could not accommodate my visit and that resort pass was supposed to link to their system to show that they couldn't accommodate my request. I requested a cancellation and refund. The offered me a facial & lunch. I politely declined. They assured me that resort pass would have to process the refund (this was Sunday). Upon emailing resort pass twice (because they no longer communicate via live chat or phone) I finally got a response on Tuesday stating that the hotel would have to grant my refund. I have called the spa approximately 7 times today with no one responding. I still have no answers about who will grant my refund of almost $700.    

Poor Communication

The spa was very clean and well appointed. The pool was dated and just so so. Enjoyed lunch at the restaurant. Yummie and beautiful restaurant with great service. 

Great service

The massage was good. I cant say it was great. The hot tub was full. There was about 4 other women, 2 of which chatted very loudly the entire time. The food and drinks are extremely overpriced. I paid $50 for breakfast potatoes, grits and a smoothie. I also paid $32 for a mimosa. The pool was freezing cold. The facilities were nice. The front desk was nice, unfortunately they just calculated a random amount and charged me extra fees that should have been covered in the resort pass. The hot stone is not complimentary, it's only half off. I honestly would have come out better booking directly through the hotel website. They never answer the phone to actual book a specific time. I just wish a had a better experience after paying almost $500 for the overall experience. Definately not worth the price.

As advertised 

This spa was luxurious and relaxing. The sauna, steam room and hot tub area was clean, not crowded and well stocked with lush towels and bottles of water. The pool area is beautiful. We ordered lunch poolside and it was delicious. I recommend. One note though, the pool, while indoors, was cold. I don't know if its heated but was turned off or what, but if you're coming here to swim I would call ahead and get clarity. We did not swim because the water was too cold. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful.
