This was the perfect day! Their private beach was clean and the resort area was clean with friendly staff. Can't wait to come back!

Amazing Beach!

Everything was centrally located, convenient, and inclusive. The overall experience was wonderful. The location made moving from the beach to the pool very easy. The resort provided us extra access to areas like restrooms and food services that helped keep everyone in the group in a stress free vacation mode. Day passes are gone quickly, so make sure to book ahead of your visit day. Also, we decided on a cabana just because of the size and ages of our group members and the different needs that we had for our day. The extra space, comfort, shade, towels, snacks, and drinks provided was worth paying a little more. The cabana came with up to six day passes included, and this was an affordable and fun option for the day. I am glad they had several rental options to meet our needs. 

Wonderful Day Out! 

Had a great time by the pool, towels provided, service top notch. Only issue was around 4pm when they shut down the adult bar without telling anyone about a wedding party that had booked it and taken over. I went to refill my water cup using the same water dispenser I had used earlier, and the new bartender for the party YELLED at me in front of people. He wasn't polite, kind, or understanding about my confusion, even though there was no signage on that side of the bar about it now being closed. The only signage was in fact located by the bathroom and was very small and easily missable. Wasn't pleased with that and felt embarrassed.

Great service, but private party interfered

This is an older resort but seemed well kept. The service was very slow. Even when I went to the bar myself Id wait 10+ minutes for a drink. The pool was decent and the beach access was close to the pool. Lots of families around in other parts of the resort (I was in the adult pool). Overall it was fine but I think the price point is about 30% too high for the quality of facilities and service I received. 

Not the best, not the worst

We were staying in Tybee Island in a beach house with our grandkids and they wanted to swim so we looked up a close-ish resort and went to Hilton head for a day of fun by the pool. The Omni Hilton was just what we needed for a quick get away! The resort pass worked great!

Great Experience

We had a great day at the Omni! Easily checked in, enjoyed the pool and the beach. Wonderful pool side service as well!

It was nice and relaxing the water was great!  What about beverage service, poor girl had to go back and forth. Why isn't the bar by the adult pool open and yet you hae 6 people at the kids pool?
