This is probably my favorite ResortPass property so far. There are two pools you can use - one for families and one for just adults. Pools were pristinely clean. They offered wine upon checking in which is a nice touch. You can order food from a QR code by the pool. There seemed to be an issue when I used it because after 30 minutes my food still hadn't arrived. I walked to the front desk to ask about it, and they were very apologetic and offered to cover my meal. The food took another 40 minutes to arrive but it was very good. They apologized multiple times so I felt like they handled it well. I would come back.

Massage Fab

Carneros was so welcoming!  There’s much to see and do on the property.  I was never bored and the day flew by.  The spa is delightful, the market is stocked and they even had. A yoga class.  A special bonus was the furry cows that lines the fence!  I’ll definitely be back!

Great destination for a daycation!

My husband and I spent and entire day here just relaxing in the infinity jacuzzi and soaking up the Napa sun on a cozy robe. Laying poolside in December might sound crazy, but we had the time of our lives! Well worth the price considering you get A LOT! 

A secret escape in Napa

The poolside experience was awkward, over-crowded, uncomfortable, and not relaxing.  

Experience was well below expectations

We paid $172 for what we thought would be a nice relaxing time by the pool. It was anything but that. We came at 3 pm and when we showed up the entire pool area was filled up. No chairs or loungers to be had. There was some pool party going on with a DJ. We asked for assistance by the manager and he was basically like yeah we don’t manage these resort passes. Just wait for a seat!! What a joke. 

Horrible Experience. 

Just wasn't really a meet and mingle. Food was okay. Staff was very nice

Visited on a weekday, for my birthday on Jan. 5. There are several standout features at this beautiful property, and several things to be aware of before visiting. The resort is very spread out and you will likely need help in finding the spa and upper pool. I had a thoroughly rejuvenating experience utilizing all the fabulous spa amenities with my one day pool/spa pass. Arriving early enough in the day to ensure you have sufficient time to use all the indoor amenities is recommended since the spa closes by 5pm. The aromatherapy steam room and indoor and outdoor showers were absolute bliss. The outdoor hot tub is a major highlight given its perfect positioning atop the overlook. And having the large pool to myself for most of the day was the best gift of all. Although with the extreme heat of the hot tub, the pool could stand to be a tad warmer during these cool winter months. Hopefully poolside dining will resume soon; didn't work out on my last visit, but would still return.
