Great time love the vibes feels like out of town

Rented a cabana this past weekend. The pool area is cool with a great view of the stadium. If not renting a cabana and you want to be sure you have a seat get there early because the space is intimate. The pool and lounge area are smaller than they appear in photos. Overall I loved the hotel, staff and service at the JW Marriott but I did not feel like the cost of the cabana was worth it. The service was ok and not what you would expect and I for the cost of the cabana. I had to remind the servers to bring the amenities promised with the booking. Next time I’d probably just pass on a cabana and sit poolside.

Upon arrival, I was escorted to my cabana. I had a drink from lunch that I had brought in with me, but was immediately told "no alcohol" was allowed and asked to remove my drink from cabana. That sort of set the tone for the afternoon. We were shown our cabana, and began hunting for the remote to turn on the TV. No remote. Told TV doesn't work, but engineering is on the way. Then we were offered a menu for drinks and beverages. Wait?! What happened to "no alcohol"? Three guys from engineering finally show up to fix TV. They struggled. Engineers were in the small cabana for 30 minutes, or more. Would have gotten in the pool to kill time, but it was FRIGID. TV starts working, so we're flipping between big games. Turns out there was only one remote working for multiple cabanas, so the staff kept coming to request remote for other cabanas to use. Overall, I could think of a lot of better ways that I could have spent the afternoon, and saved about $1K in the process.

Had an amazing time and Emily was great. The vibe was super chill. Had lunch there and enjoyed some amazing drinks!

We really enjoyed our daycation! Booked the standard cabana, nothing standard about it! Comfortable lounge seating great service, it's was a whole vibe. Great day getaway or weekend pool day! We'll definitely be doing this again!

From the moment we walked in we felt special. The wait staff an Jessie the manager made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We we especially fond of Kaitlin who made sure we never went unattended. The food was absolutely amazing. I can’t wait to taste everything on the menu. We have already booked another VIP cabana for Labor Day weekend. We highly recommend this rooftop Bistro disguised as a pool.
