Aura Rooftop Pool

Unfortunately our visit was a total disappointment from the minute we arrived. We rented the only VIP cabana for our friend’s pre40th birthday, and it was not ready. It was dirty, straws and garbage on the turf. I checked in at 10:15am and they said they were preparing our fruit plate and would be bringing water etc. an hour later still no service. The bartender stated she had to get her bar ready and then she would help us. The bar didn’t open until 3pm and it was now past 11am. There was a small cabana with 3 men in it who had drinks and food and all the stuff. We waited. I asked where our fruit and waters were and they stated I had to ask for them. We ordered food that came with the cabana and more. When she brought drinks it was a bottle of champagne from the other cabana because they knew we were being ignored. 

This continued for a couple hours to the point we left. I like the Aura rooftop bar and the vibe, but the service is terrible in both the pool area and bar. 

Disappointed 

It was a good vibe. Food was delicious and the pool, though much smaller than anticipated, was a great experience. Loved the privacy option of the curtain on the cabana. The TV didn’t function fully, but we didn’t need it. 

Pleasant experience 

Overall disappointing experience.  Service was sporadic but servers were friendly. TV in cabana did not work and management was unable to fix. Never received complimentary sunglasses or adult popsicles as described. Asked to vacate cabana for over an hour due to pop up thunderstorm  - obviously no one to blame for this but it still affected our overall experience.  I would be EXTREMELY reluctant to spend this amount of money for this again.

Not worth the money

My co-workers and I decided to play hooky and rent a cabana mid-week. It was THEE BEST. Our cabana was cozy but room enough for 4 girls and our beach bags. Sam (waitress) was super attentive but not annoying. The weather was beautiful as was the rooftop. The lounge chairs built into the pool definitely made our day. Our favorite thing was probably the Jack Daniel’s Ginger Lemon popsicles. They are even better than they sound! All in all it was the perfect way to spend an afternoon. We will be going back before the summer ends!

What A Wednesday!

We had such a lovely time. We rented the 8 person cabana for our self care/team building day and my team and I received the spoiling and relaxation we all needed. Thank you for the wonderful food, drinks and hospitality. 

Beautiful Oasis for Team Building Day

We were expecting a VIP experience for the $600 price tag and it was far from that. Our server was bartending and serving the rest of the pool deck so she was super inattentive and we spent a lot of time waiting on her, chasing her down or bothering other servers who were also busy. She initially brought us the wrong food and disappeared and then the rest of the food showed up cold because it was taken to the wrong cabana and sat for 20 mins before being brought to us. We did speak to the manager on duty which slightly helped but not by much. The cabanas are probably “comfortable” for 3 guests, not 5. The size and location of the pool and deck did not allow for a whole lot of sun; it was shaded by taller buildings surrounding it the majority of the day. We would not recommend or come back here. Very disappointed as we were splurging for a birthday trip.

Very Disappointed especially for the price

Memorial weekend the cabana cost $800.  It is not worth half that.  Not enough photos on website to show you what your money gets you. Just go early to get a chaise or sit at the pool edge.

Cabana not worth the fee

The level of service and detail was not close to what it should have been. We were expecting a VIP experience and absolutely did not receive that.
At this price point, it was completely disappointing!

Over priced

We got a 5 person cabana, snug fit for all 5 people. The staff was very attentive and were able to help us with every little need we had! Unfortunately the music was like techno elevator music so that kind of killed the vibe but besides that it was enjoyable!
