The Pool at The Joule

Had a great experience from valeting to bar service. The staff was wonderful. Elia and Marina were friendly and accommodating. 

Small intimate pool experience 

Amazing service food and atmosphere! Valet parking included is a huge plus. The only downside at all was that the food and drinks were a little slow to arrive. It was a Friday of Memorial Day weekend so I understand why!  

Amazing value

We did a day pass at $50 a person which included valet parking. It was about 75 degrees outside and the pool was 77 degrees and quiet chilly for our miami blood. If this was a hot sunny day I think it would have been more enjoyable. We had to change our dates for our pass and the resort pass people responded with hours of our email and changed our date which was great.

The vibes at this place are unmatched.. Absolutely loved my staycation at the Joule. 

Amazing Rooftop Pool

The water in the pool appeared cloudy. It was not appealing to get in the pool and the pool area was very small. 

Just okay

Starting from beginning to end: Valet and front check in were so kind and helpful! The pool experience started off great but the buildings shielded the sun from the pool until almost 2pm which was very disappointing. The pool area is tiny and when it started filling up the two staff members (I am assuming) were overwhelmed because on THREE different occasions they forgot something myself or friend ordered. This is what really disappointed us, then we were over charged on our tab.

Not as good as I expected 

Ive never been to Dallas for more then a day trip and scoundrel myself on site for the Byron Nelson tournament a day early and wanted relax I came across great review for joule and had to try it and it was amazing the bartender was amazing and attentive she checked on me French but not to often verified my orders every time and was very pleasant with pretty decent Spotify playlist for mid day drinking and lounging 

Calm before the storm 

We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert and were staying at an airbnb down the road. The pool at our airbnb was closed, so we wanted to find somewhere to go to enjoy a pool day after being on our feet all day the day before. The Joule was so accommodating and so relaxing! The front desk was excited to see us and walked us up to the pool. Towels were provided and sunscreen as well. We also received a complimentary cocktail as a part of the pass! Drinks were great, the view was great, and the food was great! I would definitely come again!
