Great location

The resort was super nice, clean, and surrounded by the beautiful lake scenery. Staff was helpful when we had questions where things were. Would definitely come back for another daycation at the pool!

Relaxing day at the resort

I called before getting there so check in could be smooth. The ladies at the front desk was very nice and easy going. The pool was nice and clean. The jacuzzi wasn't working but I still made the best of everything! Everything was good until I tried to order from the restaurant. The bartender was very rude. She asked me a lot of questions and gave me hard time. First she said she would make me a mocktail. I told her I wanted to order food and she said you should have grabbed a menu. Ive never been to a restaurant before that instructed me to grab my own menu. She had a problem with me wanting to order and be served; I guess she didnt want to serve me. I wasnt rude ; I just walked away and informed the ladies at the desk. I will not be returning to this place.

Easy Check-In

I treated my two granddaughters to a day of relaxation.. It was very comfortable for all age groups. We had a blast. The property was clean and friendly staff.

Loved the resort. My only complaint was all the kids in the jacuzzi unsupervised.

Chill, no frills

Very slow service and doddery staff, pool bar and food not open despite being advertised as such. The hotel is dated but in the most beautiful location. The price is really good and the pool area is big, its just the description is a bit missleading and its understaffed and no pool service.

Resort is beautiful.  Could use some updates but all in all good stay.  Was little disappointed with cleanliness of the pool and chemical smell as well as pool bar not being open. All in all nice daycation! Would come again
