Overall great day.  Enjoyed the beach, snorkeling, the pool, gym, lazy river swim up bar was a riot, staff nice.

Hi have a wonderful day relax by the beach, excellent service in the dining area fun staff a real friendly environment. This hotel is the place for the family.

Very big resort , Beautiful lobby area. Pool huge. Pool bar needs to be stocked better, no fizz! Ran out of chicken at jerk shack very early on in the day

Great experience 

This is by far one of the worst hotel experiences Ive ever had. Being treated with total disrespect on arrival is beyond unacceptable. My friend was visiting the country for the first time, and we decided I would visit. I ask him to discuss with the front desk how to get a day pass, and the property specified using Resort Pass. I paid the exorbitant amount to see my friend, arrive, show security my email confirmation including the instruction to check in at the front desk on arrival, only to be told I cannot enter the premises. I sat in my car at the gate for 23min while being told the front desk has no record of me. I was then asked to enter the guardhouse to speak to someone myself, and I was left on hold for 8min. The guard told me I needed to move my car from the gate and I explained that Im on hold and need to speak with the lobby. He then THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE if I refused to move. I paid $125 to be treated like a criminal on a sprawling unenjoyable property. Never again.

My entire daypass was spectacular and the staff were great.. customer service top notch.. will go again soon..
