Epicurean Atlanta

The epicurean hotel and pool was just amazing! I celebrated my birthday there and got the opus cabana. We received a complimentary bottle of champagne and a beautiful & delicious fruit platter. I winded up purchasing another bottle of champagne along with a ton of shots and we sure had a great time! The cabana was spacious with your own private bathroom & full shower. There was a fridge, you had the option to close the curtains on your cabana for privacy. The Dj was great but once he left we put our own Bluetooth speaker on. The service from our waitress was beyond amazing. Overall 10/10 experience. 

Amazing time! 

Way too expensive, Resort pass staff vs hotel staff, total breakdown in communication. The Cabana was in deed beautiful, however the $550+!taxes, then the $250 food/beverage  minimum + 20 % gratuity, made overall Cabana rental well over $900. The problem with that is with their lack luster menu options, 4 people meeting this with was impossible. However the smaller Cabana next to mine had well over the stated # of attendees? Hence the misleading information. As beautiful as it was, it was totally NOT worth $1000 for 4 hours. 

Beautiful Location 

From the welcome at the lobby, to the cabana being cleaned and ready, to the cabana host, to the food, to the valet attendant.....my guests and I thoroughly enjoyed our staycation!

Epic Experience @ Epicurean 

My experience was 10/10. Our server Bethany was so accomadating and attentive. There was a live band that keep the vibes of the day going. The food and drinks were delicious. I will definitely be returning and booking a cabana again.

An Amazing Time

Attentive server. However, due to culture and language barrier, it is apparent communication was unclear and not understood whatsoever by said server. The communicated budget for the tab was disregarded and in turn, resulted in me satisfying a bill that was hundreds of dollars over unfortunately, on my birthday. An unacceptable financial error on the staff's end.

Review

I celebrated my 50th birthday on the rooftop of the Epicurean, I had a room reserved as well as a cabana Opius. The cabana was beautiful but the service was THE WORSE. My reservation was for 430, I got there a little early upon arrival check in was amazing the gentlemen were awesome. Arrival to the cabana I spoke with the manager and she introduced me to my server, at 4:20p. There was a full team of staff, by 5p my guest started to slowly arrive, our server was literally the only server that was working and one bartender and the manager was nowhere to be found. Our drink orders as well as our food took an extremely long time, since our server not only service my cabana but the cabana next to me and the entire pool area. We had items on our checks that were not ordered and they did not want to take it off, the experience was just horrible. I canceled my room reservation due to lack of service. Please staff accordingly

Worse Service Ever

I had a great time celebrating my birthday in their private cabana. It was very clean and the private bathroom is a plus! I just wish there were more options for food on the menu .

Great Cabana Experience

It was a smooth process from booking to onsite (with the exception of the keycards needed rekeying once). All details were laid out as expected! I would make it clearer that the remaining f&b will need to be a separate card vs. the one via the booking. I wasn't aware which was fine but that could be made clearer for a smoother checkout process. If we can use the card on file from the ResortPass booking, that would be SO much easier.

Great experience. Different from some of the other hotels. I would like to take advantage of the cabanas this time, but don't see it listed. I was looking forward to going again.
