Great cabana experience at Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach. Very chill and posh. Other cabana experiences in nearby hotels pale in comparison. Our dedicated server Briana was super friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend the splurge to do it.

Great day!

My review reflects the fact that there were untimely repairs being done to the hot tub which caused it to be closed during our stay, of which we were not notified of by either Resort Pass or the resort itself. That was very disappointing as our decision to book a cabana at this resort was based around the large hot tube which accommodates more people than at other locations we were looking into. Had we been properly informed of this closure prior to booking, we could have planned for a different location or time. I feel that we should have been offered a discount or at least complimentary food/drinks for this inconvenience, but sadly that did not happen. The service itself was fine and we do appreciate the staff, but without a hot tub on what ended up being a windy and cloudy day, we might as well just have gone to a regular restaurant/bar. 

Untimely Repairs

Enjoyed my solo daycation, despite the construction right next to jacuzzi. The construction actually lessened the kids from taking over the infinity pool, which I loved. Made for a relaxing day tanning in the sun. A couple friends stopped by before their job day started and the drinks/puupuus were delicious! The attendants were on top of their game, with a constant flow from bar and fresh towels all day. I will definitely be back!

Birthday staycation

Everything about the experience was perfect.  Cabana was fun.

Perfect Day

We had a wonderful experience at Swell Pool. Our server was awesome! we were greated and seated quickly. All of the food and drinks were amazing! I will def return again!

Cabana

Amazing service beautiful atmosphere great food could not ask for more. Was definitely one of the happiest nights of my life.

Party cabana 

We arrived around 10:30AM for our Daycation. Very mellow beginning but turned into a party atmosphere, with a DJ sponsored by Aperol Spritz who passed out free sample drinks.  Music was great. This lead to us ordering drinks, lunch, dancing and talking to more people.  Turned out to be such a  fun day and I would definitely purchase another resort pass at Aholilani Resort.

Poolside reservation for 2 @9a. Found a lounger, got comfy. Day was overcast &chilly. Tried to stay warm awaiting a greet f/staff. 
45min later, menu left, no inquiry about towel service or rsrvns. 
Drink ordered. Still no towels. 
Drink delivered, server requests card to hold/close tab (is this necessary when you hv name and info on file). Ok, Fine. No towels.

1 hr later -Water aerobics, occupying the entire swim space finally finishes. Ordered 2nd drink, await towel delivery. 

2hrs in, my 2nd arrives. Order bottle of wine. Bottle brought over but sitting in ice unopened. We serve ourselves & venture to the pool but are turned off by kids running wild w/little adult supervison. At least we have wine.
Finishing our bottle, we order a last cocktail which is immediately blown over by gusting winds. We request a replacement but are met w/sceptical glares. We grab towels f/chairs nearby to help clean. Sorry to mess up those nice towels. We close, tip and leave, highly disappointed.

Great and easy getaway

I rented a cabana for my Mom and I as part of her 75th birthday celebration.  The amount of fun we experienced was beyond measure. Emily and Chason (our servers) were excellent, and the atmosphere was sublime.  I have told everyone about our experience and am planning a return trip to enjoy the music,  food, drinks, and people at the Cabana of Alohilani Waikiki Resort. Definitely 5 Star experience.
