Brickell Arch, a Luxury Collection Hotel

we spoke to the pool manager who indicated that they did not have any additional lounge chairs. He explained that the hotel was waiting on a shipment order of lounge chairs to provide more pool chairs to guests. There were exactly 10 pool chairs set out around the pool area. 

We arrived at 12:15pm, stayed an hour hoping that minimally one lounge chair would become free and left at approximately 1:30 when no seating became available. Kindly note we were among other individuals waiting and heard multiple complaints concerning the lack of seating available.  

We used resort pass earlier this week and had no issues whatsoever. It was a seamless process and greatly enjoyed the experience. In comparison, this reservation is extremely disappointing to say the least.

The pool bar was closed and the pool was dirty. Hot tub out of service as well.

Nothing worked

I always enjoy this location. Unfortunately the main lobby was under construction and it was raining by the pool so I wasnt able to enjoy this. I wish they would furnish the lobby area by the pool or provide and lounging area for when this happens. No where to sit and relax

Great hotel, was under construction

Great pool and hot tub. Nice assortment of loungers and seating with tables. Had great appetizers and drinks from the bar area.

Beautiful set up

Beautiful place to lounge, relax, with pool, bar, and restaurant convenience. Bar and food service was great. The convenience of lockers, shower was a nice touch. The bar and food service was great. There is also a large grassy area with chairs if you want to have an option to not be near the pool area.

Convenient location 

The pool was very long for swimming laps, I went in the middle of the day on a monday, so not crowded. There was not a lot of lounge chairs, but they had other seating and a full bar and food available.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel while waiting for flights home from a cruise. The facilities were clean and we really appreciated that valet was able to hold onto our luggage while we enjoyed the pool. There were lockers available for our backpacks at no additional cost. Pool was on the smaller side but was clean and a nice temperature. My only complaints were that there were not nearly enough lounge chairs by the pool as pictured so many people had to sit on towels on the ground. The food and drinks from the bar were great but with only one bartender the wait was a little long. 

Great way to wait for a flight

It work out perfect for our family, we got off the cruise ship and had a really long wait for our flights home, pool and hot tub was great, along with the hot showers to be fresh for the plane ride, we all said we would love to stay at your hotel , thanks a ton
