You shouldnt be selling day passes if swim lessons are going to be going on for the entire day at the pool. 

Pool

Check in was easy. The parking lot looked pretty full when we arrived but we still ended up finding a spot. The pool is clean and there were 3 floaties for anyone to use. Plenty of clean towels available. The shower is on deck so there's no privacy. There was Bliss shampoo and body wash available. Great place for a swim with the kids.

Great location 

On arrival we were welcomed. We went to the pool to find it very disorganized with used towels thrown on the furniture . There were about 4 kids in the pool playing with pool toys so no chance of being able to swim . The pool capacity stated 22? My younger daughter did not feel comfortable to go in the pool as she said there is no room. We have stayed at the neighboring hotel the Westin and therefore we thought they would be similar ! Unfortunately not. Will not be returning to the pool or hotel. Blessings Linda 

Disappointing the pool size

I enjoyed my day use room before my evening flight. It was perfect for a relaxing day in close proximity to the airport. 

Great location, shuttle, and plenty of snacks

I was horrified that the hotel still allowed booking reservations for resort pass when the entire pool was filled with a childrens swim class in session! There was no way anyone else can use the pool when I checked in.  They did send us to next door Westin which is super crowded too and so many kids almost impossible to do any laps! This is not worth it! 

Packed Pool

I needed somewhere to rest and rejuvenate while waiting for a later flight. The Aloft was ideal. Great hot shower, blackout blinds, and a comfortable bed. I would stay here again on an SFO layover.

A Stone's Throw from SFO Int'l

It was raining very hard in the Bay Area and my kids wanted to go to the pool. Aloft is close to our home, so I decided to give it a try. The size of the pool was small but that was okay given I have a 3 and 5 year old. The water temperature seemed cold (compared to other heated pools we used).  We were told the pool was heated. It felt like it could be no warmer than 80 degrees. Once we were in for 10 min, it felt okay. The thing most off putting about the stay was the swim lesson when we walked in. British swim school had two lessons going. Given the size of the pool, I tried to make sure my kids did not interrupt. Their lesson was over about 30 min after we arrived. We had the pool to ourselves for about 20 min and it started filling up very quickly. There were about 30+ people (including kids) within an hour of the lesson finishing. We left after this. My kids enjoyed overall but not sure I will return.
