Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience at the hotel listed. The amenities that were listed were not provided. I emailed resortpass and they took care of it. I will definitely be using them more because of how professional they are.

Overall a disappointing experience. Bad pool, bad information. This might work better if you knew options beforehand. Le Meridien in New Orleans has a horrible pool with no service. The $60+ fee to sit by a disgusting pool was a big waste of money.

The reviews had warned me the pool was small and the seating scarce. I viewed it before purchasing. It’s a small but fun area. Good for a couple of friends although you might have to sit on the poolside if they run out of recliners. Also take drinks with you as the only bar service is on the ground floor. You will die of thirst. The pool is clean. There’s quiet muzak and towels provided. Overall a stylish and friendly vibe. I had a fun, relaxing time. I think overall it was great value for money.

The hotel itself is nice but pool area isn’t really. Have to go inside and down elevator to visit bar for drink

The advertising of the Cabana was a ploy. The site indicated 3 left when their was only 3 cabanas. The cabana did fit my party but was less posh, large, and nice than cabanas I visited. My cabana contract said I would have six waters available inclusive but they weren’t available neither was a fridge to keep drinks cool. I didn’t have the option of using the TV or access through Bluetooth to play music. They are no charging stations for your phones!! If food fell to the ground Ants would engulf the foot of the cabana. POOL _ You know how a tub gets ring well this pools had a 12” ring around it, nasty!! I would have been embarrassed if it was an adult party. I would not recommend the Le Meridian pool🤬

The pool is much smaller than the picture. However the water was cool and it was a hot day so that was nice. It was very crowded. There was no food or drink service. If you wanted anything you had to go 4 floors down to the lobby.

The pool and cabana look noting like the photos. The music pool side was awful & was requested to change multiple times. The tv volume did not work in the cabana we rented. I feel as the money we spent was a waste. They had someone come around to take ordered every so often. We were not impressed by the cabana or pool. We had to go get our own drinks from the bar a few times. When we got their at 10 the cabana wasn’t set up for us yet. We had to request waters. This cabana rental is WAY over priced for what you get for your money. We will not be back.
