The staff was so rude. You ask them one question and they are all annoyed to answer you or help you. The DJ sucks and is also extremely rude. The place is dirty.

Good vibe and drinks, but the place is a little bit run down and there weren't nearly enough chairs/cabanas to accommodate.

Had a great pool day with our kids. When we arrived almost every pool chaise was taken but the staff were super helpful in helping us get setup along the pool edge and it worked out great. Only reason not a 5 stars is we could never get the servers attention and had to make several trips to the bar and the mens room had a brutal odor. 

So much fun! 

Had a great time laying by the pool with my dog. Got some emails done in the amigo room. Plenty of outlets in the outdoor communal areas also. Lots of bathrooms. Water and towels. What a dream!

Everything you would want in a daycation!

Enjoyed the scene, facilities and vibe. Great way to experience the Ace without staying at the hotel! Sunday PM with the DJ was busy and bustling. I got the last pool chair when I showed up at 1pm.

Sunday Afternoon at Ace

To start positively, upon arrival, the check in staff was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and accommodating and of course the sun was pleasant and the pool was clean. However, the pool club & outdoor bar staff was incredibly unfriendly, unhelpful, and to be frank incredibly bitchy. Unfortunately for my experience, we were not helped by the pool staff once the entire 5 hours that we were there. Noticeably ignored and looked over while the guests next to us, in front of us, and seemingly everywhere else were being served. And not for lack of trying on our part. It absolutely felt personal but definitely a them problem. Thankfully you can order at the outside bar. However, the service there wasnt much better. Attitude was served complimentary with an added dose of do it yourself. Definitely unfortunate for the Ace brand and name. 

Overall despite the staff being the worst part of the experience the other pool goers were friendly and pleasant to be around and the sun was perfect. 



Decent pool, terrible guest experience.

I visited the Ace Hotel & Swim Club assuming it would be similar to a Las Vegas swim club, but boy was I wrong!  The pool and the surroundings looked extremely dated and many of the lounge chairs and the tables had a lot of rust on them. Even the pool seemed like it needed a lot of maintenance needed as it was dirty.  The music was excessively loud and was all over the place in terms of genre. It took a sever 45 minutes to greet us (and it was not even busy). By the time that they came my friends and I decided to leave and go back to our condos pool which was 100x nicer.  Note we only stayed 45 minutes. We were expecting a lot more for the price of $50 pp. I am not sure what management is doing with all the money they receive for the Swim Club, but it clearly is lining someone's pocket as this is probably the most run down pool I have ever seen!!
