The pool was beautiful, great views, not too crowded and the woman working behind the bar was absolutely incredible, loved the SPF and Mai Chai! 

Great Staff

I had an incredible day, I had a busy weekend and my birthday is coming up so I took a day off work and just decided to book this. Will definitely do it again before the season is over. It was only Dvontay in the morning but he was able to keep up with everyone. Some type of conference was there today but got to talk to some really nice people.

The amenities state that valet parking is $27.00. The valet supervisor was very rude and did not honor the price. Hotel  front desk staff members were nice. 

False advertisement/ bad customer service

First class as always 

This is the 4th time that I have done a pool day at the Omni Louisville. The first time was amazing. Great complimentary food and the cabana was already stocked with towels and water. It was first come first serve so I like to arrive early and choose which cabana I want.

Each year, it is less impressive. This year, when I arrived, a cabana had been assigned to us. Nobody was there so I asked it we could move. I was told that it was possible but our cabana had already been set up. Nobody really seemed willing to assist us so I just went with what I was assigned. Set up means 4 bottles of water were in a cooler. Lol.
It was fine. The fruit was lackluster. We ordered lunch and it was good. Our server was attentive. The pool manager just hung out at the bar for the entire five hours we were there.
The furniture cushions were all wet so we had to sit on a stack of towels. I asked about wifi and was told I could ask at the front desk IN THE LOBBY.
I may do it again next year. Not sure.
