Like ever in the history of hotel staff. For a moment I had to consider if maybe, it was one of those places that insult guests as part of the experience. Its not. this is how they do business. Emily and her counterpart the afternoon I was there refused to honor the res details and then proceeded to talk sh** about me while I stood in the lobby to their coworkers. It was mortifying and ruined my day. ResortPass did the right thing and refunded my res but it doesnt get me my vaca day back and it doesnt change how miserably the staff treated me. Im the first to justify someones snap-backs and poor behavior as having a bad day but to legitimately talk disparagingly about a guest while they stand there in a different language (in hopes they dont translate) is atrocious and unforgivable behavior. ResortPass should reconsider allowing such trash to participate in the program.   

Worst Hotel staff EVER

Nice and relaxing day. Very disappointed that the restaurant and bar are closed from Noon to 4 on Sunday. Thats not what was advertised

Peace and Quiet

Nothing was as advertised. No towel service. No bucket of drinks offered. No snacks served. The pool side restaurant was closed. I asked 3 times at the front desk for help. It was over 2 hrs before anything was addressed. And only after I asked for a full refund. The cabana table was filthy. There was a razor blade on one of the Poole lounge chairs my daughter almost sat on. I cant reach a live person at Resort Pass to ask about a refund. You can only email them and they reply with the standard 2-3 days to get back with me. I am so disappointed in my entire experience. At this point I would 10/10 NOT recommend this hotel or ResortPass. Hopefully I can update in a day or two. 

Super disappointing 

This definitely was not as fancy as some downtown rooftops, but it was QUITE,  which is what I wanted. I nice laid back place to read a book, tan and swim. Not really crowded.  Hotel is kind of a pain to get to, but worth it for a relaxing day by the pool. Free parking is a huge bonus too

Great escape

Not as pictured. Service was sub par. Cabanas were dirty and umbrellas did not cover the area. During the stay- everyone used the cabanas without reservations and the pool house/service area was always closed. 

Don't do It 

Trash and debris all over. No one at front desk knew what was going on. No bar service or food as advertised. 

Not Well Maintained 

Bartender was very attentive. Food was good especially pimento cheese dip. Not a fancy place but enjoyable and good enough
