Omni Las Colinas Hotel

The Omni Las Colinas Hotel pool was the perfect place for a pool day! Checking was easy, pool temp was just right, and service was spot on. Will definitely be going back. 

Best Pool Day

First time visiting the Omni at Las Colinas and it was great. It had a resort feel to it with the canal behind the pool. They had servers walking around and the pool and chair area was abundant. Id definitely come back.

Azar was a great poolside server! Loved the smell of the hamburgers while we frolicked in the pool, and we had a great time!  Only wish the music was louder, but understand it can't be too crazy!

Great Customer Service 

Nice location. Lots of chairs.  Busy, but not overcrowded. Limited umbrellas to shield from sun, but as others have noted, the sun moves behind the hotel tower in early afternoon and provides shade for a good portion of the pool and chair area.

This is so relaxing, it was exactly what I was looking for. Quiet but still had a nice little vibe. Very reasonable prices, but they didnt take cash so be prepared. The check in process is pretty non-existent, but nobody questioned me so I enjoyed myself.

Great spot!

First off, I walk in and check in at the front desk to get my wrist band. The ladies at the desk tell me I need to get it downstairs by the pool, so I go, and no one is to be found. So, I go back up the stairs (which is a lot of stairs) and inform them. They decide they will go ahead and give me the wrist band. Then I go back down to the pool and there is no poolside food or drink service. Not only that, but the bar by the pool was also CLOSED. So guess what if you wanted a drink or food, you had to walk all the way back upstairs to get drink or food. I'm very disappointed, if you aren't going to have those amenity's available then you should only charge half price. I will not be getting a pass to their pool again.
