Great spot

My daughter and I had a great time relaxing in the poolside chairs.  The music was great and the heated pool was the perfect temperature.  We were received well at check in and the lady who escorted us up to the pool was very friendly.  The food and bar service was lacking which is the reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

Enjoyed our day in the pool, but the pool water is murky.  My hope is they improve their pool's filter system.  I believe one of the causes of the water condition is that the hotel provides a gallon jug of sunscreen for guests to use, but people would cover themselves head to toe and then jump in the water.   

Fun location, but murky water

We had a great time at the Omni pool! The service was fantastic, Jarvis especially made our day amazing. The day bed was located in the sun, so that was not fantastic and the food could have been a little better. The fruit plate was sooooo good, though! Overall, such a fun experience, great drinks, and service, we will definitely be back!

The customer service was outstanding and the fruit tray was an added bonus.

Felt like a luxurious vacay

We got overcharged for valet, it took them like 15 minutes to escort me to the pool, and you have to take the stairs to access the pool. Not only that, you have to enter stairway down a flight of stairs to use the bathroom. 

The pool was nice and clean and our server was super nice. Just wish they were a bit more organized and were accessible

Laura was our host for the day, and along with the bar staff, provided 5 star customer service, which made the experience one to remember.  We reserved a day bed, and the extras included like the bottled water and fruit plate were a great perk.  The only constructive feedback I would provide the hotel is to update and revamp the employee uniform for those working outside.  It was over 100 degrees, and Laura was in jeans and a blazer.  Not only would something cooler improve the employee experience, but it would also make the pool area feel more festive for the patrons.  Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I plan to be back the next time I am in Austin.  

Exceptional Customer Service

The staff had a difficult time checking mine and another party in.  The day bed was not prepared for our arrival.  The bar ran out of frozen drinks.   It seems like this must be the first time this hotel has offered Resort Pass and they were unprepared.   Everyone was very friendly however.

OMG! Me and my daughter had an amazing time. We got an upgrade to a cabana and the staff were amazing. The food and drinks was great. Complete satisfaction.

City Views and Good Vibes 

Jarvis and his team were fantastic. Clean pool and facilities. Complimentary cooler with water/soda, drinks from the bar, and sunscreen. We were allowed to stay all day as no one booked the later afternoon slot.
