Lakehouse Resort

A nice setting and spacious: clean pools and hot tubs, entertaining poolside bar and soft music. Restaurant service delivers lunch poolside. Chaise lounges and Cabanas are modern with good quality fabrics and very clean. Service was attentive. WiFi was not functional the day I visited. The front desk transferred me to tech support but they did not respond. Lunch was tasty and all ingredients from seafood to salads to sourdough bread were farm to table fresh. Pool sits high above the lake with hotel rooms in between so Lake is not visible from the pool, but has a Mountain Views instead which are serene. Towel service was pleasing. One pool is unheated cold plunge pool the other heated and lovely.  Hot tubs were perfect and roomy. Would recommend and go again.

What a great resort and a great value !!  Kayaking and driving range included. Quiet, pretty and low key.

It was clean and the staff was friendly. Beautiful surroundings. I just wish that the people visiting there would watch their kids more. Bartender (she) was real friendly. The spa by the bar is for Adults only but only after 4pm but no one notices the sign so a lot of young kids go in to the spa even the babies. So if you are wanting to relax, go early. Not as relaxing once the kids come out.

We visited The Lake House for my wifes birthday and spend $1,000+ on a cabana and bar tab only to have her pool cover up dress stolen while I was accused by security of stealing a single beer and escorted to the front desk. After talking with the staff and explaining our side, the staff apologized but it left a sour taste in our mouth for The Lake House and i doubt we will ever be back or ever recommend this resort to anyone in the future.

Pool was supposed to be heated and wasn't. Food comes via door dash. Not great! 

Low end. 

The hotel is super cute! Very clean and we were welcomed with Arnold palmers! Lots of great lounge areas and we were the only ones there on a Monday afternoon. Would have been 5 stars but the pools were FREEZING! no way anyone would get in I could barely put my feet in. So, we just laid there which was relaxing but no way to cool off, no showers. Everything else was nice. 

Relaxing day

This location advertises to have one heated pool and one unheated. When we arrived, both pools were too cold for adults and children to use.  All guests around the pool were noticing this and commenting on it. I spoke with the staff at the front desk and they said they would check with their maintenance crew and call me with an update, which they never did. We decided to just go home after about 45 minutes because the pools were both not useable for our family. This is the only time I have had a bad experience with a Resort Pass location.
