I was so happy with the pool, bar and food. The staff was super attentive and friendly and the body scrub service I received at the spa was amazing!

Amazing, relaxing 

I loved everything about my visit to thunder valley day spa! My massage therapist Mathew was so great. I cant wait to go back for another massage. All the staff was so nice and welcoming. They all answered all my questions being it was my first time there. The pool was peaceful even with kids being there. All the staff at the pool was attentive and nice as well. This was one of the best experiences I had at a spa .

Perfect example of a day pass

Service was excellent! We rented a cabana and it was spotless and a great place to hang out all day and get that getaway feeling. Go earlier in the day as it gets packed into the afternoon.

Nice Facility

We rented a cabana on a Thursday. Highly recommend. The staff was attentive, the pool was nice and the cabana was perfect for our group of 8. We ordered food and drinks and stayed there all day. We will definitely be back again!

Cabana 

We loved the pool- its beautiful and the lounger we rented was great. That being said, when we first got there it was very slow- but I still had to go and order a drink at the bar because no servers came around for the first hour, at least. Even though there are signs everywhere stating no kids in the hot tub, no jumping into the pool - there were kids in and out of the hot tub all morning, and there were kids running around, jumping, splashing etc. I love kids - but since the reservation states you had to be 21+ to reserve, it made it sound as though there was no kids allowed. 
The service continued to be friendly but very slow all day, and no one came to get our dishes until hours after we had eaten. 
More waitstaff and enforcement of their own rules in regards to the kids would make this place an a+. Currently its more like a c.

Beautiful Pool but..

Nice pool and location. Calm day at the pool so not crowded on a Monday . Attentive service. Pool opens at  9:00 but instructions to sign in at spa which opens at 10. No problem going in at 9:00
