Due to COVID-19, this hotel is following CDC guidelines and has implemented the following safety measures at the property:

Masks must be worn unless swimming or eating or when seated in your chair.
Pool chairs have been separated to ensure proper physical distancing.
Hand sanitizer stations are available around the pool for use by employees and guests.
Comprehensive sanitation protocols in place including sanitizing pool chairs, tables, and other poolside furniture after every use.
Symptom screening for employees prior to the start of their shift.
All employees working on property will have protective equipment such as masks.

The seating area around the pool was not properly distanced out and I immediately felt uncomfortable. There were no open seats when we arrived, but they have added lounge chairs on a grass area with a pool view that we waited in for about 15 minutes until two seats opened. The only reason I felt safe going to the pool-adjacent seats was because they were on the opposite side of the pool from a majority of the seats and very spaced out. This was a Thursday. There were kids being very loud, splashing, jumping, diving, etc. the entire time, except for the last 10-15 minutes we were there, so it wasn't the relaxing experience I had hoped for, especially because this is one of the pricier day passes in the LA area. Not to mention some kids sneezing, coughing, etc. in the water & their parents did nothing about it. Staff we encountered was nice and set up new seats for us when we moved and they put towel covers over the chairs. The changing room/bathroom area was very clean and nice.
