Le Meridien Delfina Santa Monica

Very nice pool, nothing fancy but clean and has all the basics. The food and service by the pool was great.

Easy checkin. Friendly front desk and valet. It was not a huge spot but perfectly comfortable. Food wss good and ghe service was excellent

Great location 

I walked in and immediately felt welcomed!  I was handed a bottle of water and informed there would be champagne on the house at noon time.  When I returned there were two glasses!

I was taken good care of my entire time and the price point was incredible! They even validated my parking. 

Excellent Service with great price tag

I went with a friend to Le Meridien to celebrate my birthday. On the whole, it was a nice experience, but nothing spectacular. Food & drinks = good, service = good. There were some minor annoyances, like the fact that the same fun, low-volume music which played in the bathroom was not available to us by the pool because "the speakers aren't working" (?). 
We were pleasantly surprised to have the whole pool area to ourselves for most of the day. So, we took it upon ourselves to nestle into one of the "cabanas" (couches). We were promptly told that we were not privy to these since we had not paid extra to reserve one. Understandable, but a source of bitter humor as we watched them remain empty for several hours. Even more insulting, when other people did finally show up later in the day, one lady sat herself down in a cabana that she had obviously not reserved - as we had - but was not asked to move, which didn't seem fair. There are many other hotels for us to choose from next time. 

Nice establishment

There are lounge chairs, umbrellas and towels available to use. We were also offered complimentary champagne from the front desk when we arrived. The pool was not heated so it wasn't swimming weather, but we enjoyed relaxing by the pool regardless.

This place is great!

I'm a local. I chose site not unseen to go visit Le Meridien Delfina AGAIN. Location: Next to Best, Not on Ocean , or Sand ( 4 blocks away),but has great views from rooms. Close walk ,ride or delivery from best restaurants, shopping and activity Santa Monica has to offer without being on the most congested path. Wait Staff, Parking valet, check in all pleasant and nice. Pool not olympic size,but DOES have a deep end. Has poolside food options and good bar . I've stayed here ,would recommend to friends. I've held and been invited to large events , GREAT option. Only reason it's not a five star review is that , It's NOT "Waldorf or the Ritz". Note, Santa Monica has neither of those, so this is a great local option. Santa Monica ,although expensive is not uber modern, shiny , glitzy. So this hotel has to be compared to LOCAL standard. I'd stay here again before the Viceroy in Santa Monica . It's a few blocks away. Go there for a cocktail though to see or be seen.  

Great All Around Option

This is my second time to the Le Meridien Delfina and it was just as nice as I remembered.  On my last visit, I discovered that this hotel had a salt-water pool, but sadly, when I took a dip, the salt water was gone.  They must have changed it over.  I really liked it and will miss that unique feature of the pool.
