So relaxing and fun! Food and drinks were was good, pool and bathrooms were clean!

Amazing…

We checked in quickly and began our day.  Grounds we’re very clean, as was the hotel itself.

Food was good as was the service.  No complaints!

Loved the location and the pool was great!

The hotel was nice, the pool and facilities were clean, music was great. Areas for improvement, he whirlpool was not working, the food was good but not a lot of options and the only drink I tried was a Mojito and it was not a good mojito for the price. Overall, I would go again

Good overall

It was my Mother’s Daycation and my 1st time using a resort pass but it was the best experience with this hotel, the guest service front was welcoming and sweet. The towel attendee and service at the tiki bar had excellent service will be visiting again because I plan to reserve a resort pass once a month now, Thank you guys.

Amazing bartenders, drinks and food . Pool was clean and relaxing

Been here a few times and always have a great time. The Tikki bartender are so social and give you that island vacation feel. Drinks were great and so was food!

We had booked this resort pass to fill the day from arriving early morning from our cruise to our flight departure late in the evening. The hotel was nice, as expected. The recepionist was not overly happy to see us, but we got our wristband passes. It was raining when we arrived so we relaxed in the lobby, comfy sofas... When the sun came out we checked out the pool area. Nice set-up, but the pool was not clean (loads of leaves and plastic bag in the drainage...). We were also told that there were no showers available to us (we could book a day room for $309...) so we did not want to apply sunscreen and have to deal with that for a transatlantic flight without a shower. So we stayed in the lobby for the entire time, with the exception of lunch. It was good value, good food and drinks and nice service. I would not recommend this hotel if you want to take a shower before continuing your travels.  

Nice but...

Hotel is pretty, not amazing, but decent. Pool is cold, it has a good size, and layout. Intercostal view is beautiful. Hot tub doesn’t work so it’s just a very warm small pool. Waiter at the pool was nice. Food was ok, decent price. Good deal for the price!

The pool is big and cold no heater in it the parking is good and the check in was nice they provided cookies and water the only thing I didn’t like was the fact that I went for the pool and it was freezing

We have a very good experience. Nice music, good food and drinks. My children love it.
