Fun Pool

We were a group of 4 from Canada visiting Nashville for the first time. We had booked a day pass and after being there for a couple of hours, the wind was horrible that it was blowing everyone glasses, bags, footwear all over. The manager offered for us to come back the next day complimentary to enjoy the day.
Our server Tony was incredible. Food and drinks were phenomenal.

Great location

$400 for a daybed for 2 and 3 single tickets, plus a $300 food/beverage minimum, no DJ as stated on the amenities list, slow service. 

Meh. 

We rented alpine ski hut for a girls night and had a great time! Our hostess, Monica, was wonderful and very attentive. 

Fun girls night! 

The staff was really nice but the experience was way overpriced and most of the things included didnt work. The power went out several time, the complementary fondue never got hot and it actually did cost money, it wasnt very upfront about what you were paying for. 

Okay experience 

This is NOT worth $65! There was not a single chair, and no one came to get my order. The staff was not friendly except one guy that helped me at the door! 

No Chairs Bad service 

The hotel was great. Pool was quiet when we went as it was mid week but we had drinks and food. All good and the pool is lovely to cool off. Clean facilities and friendly staff. 

Great visit 

We enjoyed a day pass to soak up the sun and relax for a day while on vacation. Pool, bar area and staff were top notch!

Beautiful Hotel and Pool

Good service, atmosphere and music. 

Day bed was underwhelming; it was small and there were no pillows or tilt, so we had to stack towels to get an incline. So small I got a lounge chair to sit next to the bed. 

The menu options were limited and primarily heavier bar food. No simple salad. 

Good Service 

We recently visited the W Nashville and booked a Cabana. The description is misleading. The description says we will receive water bottles, complimentary snacks,  and fans. We did not receive any of these items. The description is also misleading as it says lounge chairs for 10 but in reality the lounge chairs fit 3 people. At some point when we returned from the bathroom, a security guard aggressively asked to check one of our purses, after already being checked at arrival. 2/3 desserts on the menu were unavailable. We were extremely disappointed with this cabana considering we paid all in all over 2K for it. The only positive aspect of this experience was our server, Aldo. He was AMAZING. We will never book this pool again and continue to stay at the JW Marriott where we won't be harassed to search our purses multiple times.
