Spent the day at Dreams.  Beautiful pool, excellent staff, food was delicious.  The beach was not great hence the 4 stars.

Front desk staff are quite rude but our waiter at the pool and restaurants were exceptional. Beach is small and not very swimmable but the pool is huge with a unique set up. Food was good. Flo rider was fun

Amazing location.  The Resort Pass process was seamless.  

Great Location

Beautiful location and great pool. But staff: from security, to valet parking, reception and especially bar personel are very unprofessional and rude. The staff gossip in Spanish and you don't think you understand or notice that it is you they are talking about. not a single smile did we get throughout our visit from 9am-7pm. In addition, the quality of food and drink is very low. Pool draws up as the only thing.
