1. Embassy Suites by Hilton Waikiki Beach Walk

“Got to spend my birthday (yesterday July 18th poolside at the Embassy Suites Waikiki thanks again to ResortPass). Haven’t had such a good time in a long time. Check-in was a breeze…even got a complimentary snack bag for my birthday (thank you). Valet was a breeze, no worries about our vehicle at all. The bartender was very pleasant drinks were amazing. The Poolside was just perfect Sun was out not overcrowded, but there was quite a bit of guests. Got to spend around 4 hours there until the sun went down and it got a little chilly. My birthday turned out to be not only relaxing but very much needed.
Thank you again Resort Pass for making this day possible. Definitely would recommend 100%.
Did I mention how very family-friendly this hotel is? The kids there all were enjoying the pool as well as the hot tub. Always great to see the smiles on children’s faces. Have a great daycation, staycation, or vacation ..Resort pass is definitely worth every penny. Thank you again. Aloha.”

“Great location…So clean! The front desk ladies are so polite and attentive.  Spending the day in a jacuzzi and wading in the pool was wonderful.  Other guests were kind and respectful. Nice music in the background.  Next time will plan to spend the night at the hotel.”

“So on the ResortPass app, I found a perfect place for me. I  wanted a tiki vibe, instead of a corporate vibe, like I had Regency, I was able to arrive as early as 9:00 to grab a seat, but the bar and food didn’t open till 12 tho. So if you want to get food and drinks you can leave to do so. Kayla at the front desk was very kind, and Zach was from Santa Cruz but has been here for 9 years, he was very nice and had many good suggestions. I was looking for a speakeasy, and they happened to have one here behind the front desk called the Green Lady, opens up at 8 pm, I believe Wed-Sun. 8 pm- 1 am, throughout my stay-cation, they brought pineapple and popcorn as a little snack and a nice spa-smelling cold towel. All bottled alcohol has no preservatives like example patron and Don Julio, swinging style seats, omg the lounge tanning beds by the pool are the best, so comfortable, they even provide a towel blanket for the lounge plus pool towels. The food was great too, I had a 1/2 Caesar with Ono salad (tuna salad) I enjoyed my stay”

“This hotel had convenient parking, a nice pool, and a nice fitness center. There was easy access to towels and restrooms indoors. Later in the afternoon, the pool had a lot of shade from the building but it was nice and sunny in the morning. We had a great time!”

5. Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach

“This was my first time using Resort Pass. The instructions were very clear. If you park there, they will validate your parking so please make sure you ask before you leave the premises. I recommend parking on Level E at the parking structure which is the same level as the pool. We were greeted immediately by pool attendants and received our towels. We got there around 9:45 am as the pool is opened for guests at 9 am but is listed as 10 am for Resort pass users. All lounge chairs were taken but just wait patiently for one as it is the first come principle. The Swell Bar is also located here so you can order drinks and food for your stay. Please keep in mind it’s Waikiki so it can be pricey. They also have a happy hour menu starting at 4 pm I believe. Not mentioned is an outside shower to wash off the chlorine after using the pool. There are clean and spacious bathrooms to change your clothes. The pool was clean and the view was nice. The hot tub was spacious and nicely heated. Will come back again!”

“Top notch customer service, this was an amazing daycation the gentleman took care of us it was absolutely amazing he made us feel very welcome. He was there for every need he was very approachable and friendly I appreciated him very much. Coming from a customer service background I pay a lot of attention the customer service, and this was top notch no doubt about it. Not to mention the beautiful hotel, and the beautiful scenery. We had a view of Waikiki Beach, we watched the surfers. The drinks were amazing the pizza was fabulous. The pool area was beautiful and the hot tub was amazing, it was huge. We met a lot of nice people from different states. The atmosphere is setting a customer service is made for an amazing day. At the end of the day, we lost our parking voucher when we checked in they were so kind did not charge us anything, and opened the gate for us. One more pleasant surprise was they gave us a box of chocolates and we always had cold water and clean and dry towels”

“We are a family of 5 and live on an island in Ewa Beach. Work is life here and both of our kids are school-aged. The beach can be repetitive so we decided to purchase a resort pass instead. 5 stars for this hotel all around!! Check-in was a breeze with valet and the pool deck was very easy to find. The hotel was centrally located to shops, restaurants, and more. We were greeted by Rainbow (hostess) who was polite, and professional, and showed true Aloha making sure our day started off right. Escorted to our cabana, towels were clean and of abundance. Never once did we have to need any extra towels. I do wish the couch was easier to lay down on and the refrigerator was colder. We sat in the back with views of the Beach nearby. Plenty of activities for the kids. Terri was our server and although the day was busy she always made sure to keep us flowing with drinks and food. She was just the sweetest. The 6 pm performance was a treat to end our day! Highly recommended and we will be back!”

“This location offers family-friendly activities such as mini golf, ping pong, cornhole, and giant chess. The pool and jacuzzi are set at perfect temperatures. Having the day room to rest and take showers is a fantastic feature. My family and I have booked two resort passes here and will continue to come. I highly recommend this location if you have children or young-at-heart adults looking for more than a pool. The day room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.”

9. Prince Waikiki

“We had stayed at the Alohilani Resort during our stay in Waikiki but needed a place to hang out before our flight back home. Alohilani had kicked us out with no option to use any amenities for an extra price, so we decided to try Resortpass out and are glad we chose Prince Waikiki. Upon arrival, we were greeted very kindly and found their customer service to be exceptional compared to Alohilani already, even though we weren’t staying with them. Their infinity pool was warm and didn’t take long to get used to, and their waiter and bartender were extremely attentive (there were literally only 2 people helping out so many at the pool the day we were there, yet we never felt neglected or forgotten! THAT is exceptional!) and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the short amount of time we were there. The only thing I wish they had was more than one shower, as there were kids banging/rattling the doorknob during the shower after the pool as if to “hurry us up.” That and the fact that there needs to be more shelves in the shower room are the only two things that I found were disadvantages to my getting ready before the flight (travel-sized toiletries are annoying). Other than that, everything was beyond what we were expecting and would definitely come back!”

10. The Twin Fin Hotel

“We were staying on the north shore with family and wanted a resort day. It was the busy week after Christmas. This was perfect for what we were looking for! The cabana area was quiet, we were the only cabana being used at 11 am when we arrived. The towels were all set. The pool was heated but yes shady until late afternoon. The pool was VERY clean.
Our granddaughter loved having the pool to swim in, it was not crowded. The Tiki Grill is right next to the pool area and they had great food and service- we did not have a lunch reservation but they accommodated us. They also had a great happy hour. You can take drinks to go but not food.
This resort and restaurant are on the main drag directly on Waikiki Beach. Amazing views from our spot at lunch.
To walk across to the beach is SO EASY right down the pool deck stairs and you are across the street from the beach. We felt safe leaving non-valuables in our cabana.
$5.00 valet parking is a STEAL in Waikiki.
We will definitely do this again when we visit.”

11. The Kahala Hotel & Resort

“Kahala is such a great resort. Feels upscale but also very family-friendly. We brought our 6YO daughter here for a daycation during her Spring Break. She had a blast playing in the pool and we enjoyed lounging. It’s nice that the pool area isn’t so large that we could easily keep an eye on her as she ran around with new friends. The poolside service is very nice between the pool kiosk guys putting out towels and lounge covers and the Seaside Grill gives you a call button for poolside service. And lastly, of course, there’s the dolphins! So neat! We’ll be back!”
