Booking & Availability
How do I book a day pass, cabana, or spa treatment?
Booking is simple:
- Go to ResortPass.com
- Enter your city or destination
- Select your desired date
- Browse available experiences (day passes, cabanas, day rooms, spa access, etc.)
- Add to cart and check out!
Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details you’ll need for your visit.
Why isn’t a certain date available?
If the date you want is unavailable, that means the hotel is either sold out or not offering day access for that particular day. Availability can change quickly, especially on weekends and holidays—so we recommend booking in advance whenever possible.
Can I book for today?
Yes, many hotels offer same-day bookings, and availability is updated in real-time. If you’re planning a last-minute daycation, just search for today’s date and book instantly if spots are still available.
Changes & Cancellations
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes—most bookings can be canceled or modified for a full refund if changes are made before the hotel’s cancellation deadline, which is typically 24 to 48 hours prior to the reservation start time. After that deadline, bookings are non-refundable.

How can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your booking by logging into your ResortPass account on either your web browser or the ResortPass app. Just head to the “My Bookings” section, and you’ll see the option to cancel—be sure to review the cancellation policy listed for your specific booking.
What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
Weather-related refunds are not guaranteed unless the hotel chooses to close access to the amenities for an extended period of time. Please keep an eye on the forecast before booking, especially for outdoor amenities like pools or beaches. If weather conditions impact your visit, you can reach out to our support team, and we’ll work with the hotel on your behalf where possible.

Can children come with me?
Many ResortPass hotels are family-friendly and welcome children, while others are adult-only (typically 18+ or 21+). Be sure to review the hotel’s listing for specific age policies before booking to ensure the property is a good fit for your group.
Does my pass include a hotel room?
No, a regular day pass does not include access to a hotel room. Passes include shared amenities only, like pools, hot tubs, fitness centers, or spas, depending on the property. If you’re looking for more privacy, some hotels offer day rooms, which can also be booked through ResortPass if available.
Hotel Policies
What do I need at check-in?
At check-in, bring a valid photo ID and your confirmation email (printed or digital). The hotel team will verify your booking and provide details on where to go and how to access the amenities.
Are towels provided?
Towel availability varies by hotel. Many properties do provide towels for day guests, either at check-in or poolside, but some may ask you to bring your own. We recommend checking the hotel’s listing page for details specific to your booking.
Is parking included?
Parking options vary by hotel. Some hotels offer complimentary self-parking or valet, while others may charge a discounted daily rate for ResortPass guests. Parking details (if available) will be included in the listing and your booking confirmation email.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
Generally, outside food and beverages are not permitted at most hotels. However, many hotels offer on-site food and drink options—from casual poolside service to upscale restaurants and bars. You’re encouraged to enjoy the hotel’s available food & beverage offerings during your stay.
