Massages in and near Castries, St. Lucia

Yes. The spas listed here open their treatment menus to day guests through ResortPass, so you don't need a room reservation. Pick a property, choose a massage and a time, and book online. When you arrive, check in at the spa or front desk with your confirmation and a photo ID, the same way an overnight guest would.

At many properties, the massage comes bundled with a spa pass, so you can use the spa facilities before and after your treatment. Depending on the spa, that can mean saunas, steam rooms, whirlpools, and a relaxation lounge, and some listings include pool access too. Inclusions vary by property and are spelled out on each experience page, so read the description before you book if facility or pool time matters to you.

It depends on the property, the treatment, and the length. A 50-minute massage costs less than a 100-minute or signature treatment, and prices at luxury resorts run higher than at smaller spas. Each listing shows a starting price, and the exact price for your date and time appears once you select them. Since many bookings include spa facility access, compare the whole package rather than the massage alone.

It depends on the experience. Some properties include gratuity on specific spa treatments, usually 18 to 20 percent. When they do, you'll see it as its own "Gratuity" line on the review screen before you pay (in some states it's built into the price you see). It's prepaid, and ResortPass passes it on in full to the property. If there's no gratuity line at checkout, it isn't included, and you can choose to tip on property after your massage.

Plan to arrive 20 to 30 minutes before your appointment so you have time to check in, change, and settle in. Most spas provide a robe, slippers, and a locker, so wear whatever's comfortable for the trip over. During the massage you'll undress to your comfort level and stay draped under a sheet, and keeping your underwear on is fine. If your booking includes pool access, bring a swimsuit, since spas don't usually provide one.

Many properties offer couples massages, where two people receive treatments side by side in the same room, each with their own therapist. Look for "couples" in the treatment name on the property's spa menu. If a spa doesn't list one, you can book two massages for the same time slot and ask about a shared room when you check in, though not every spa can guarantee it. Couples treatments book up fast on weekends and around holidays, so reserve early.
