Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa

On the page there were rooms available in the day pass, however I was refused on, and spend the entire day wonder what to do

I did like the resort, massage was great.
The food was amazing.I had a King fish,it was very well prepared.5stars to the chef.
The beach wasn't very large,it was felling a little bit cramped.but in general was a great time.

Was a great deal for the price 

Bay Gardens Beach Resort and Spa is a St. Lucia delight.  With a beautiful beach, big pool, excellent food and competent spa, a day a Bay Gardens is a wonderful place to go when in St. Lucia.
Please accept my compliments to the management on a well organized day pass.  Every item offered from the food & drinks, to the massage and transportation was delivered exactly as promised.  In a world of "bait and switch", Bay Gardens provides great honest value for its customers...., Well Done!!

Great value beach resort for a day!

First and foremost the staff were lovely but the resort on the other hand was tired and dated! The pool looked dirty and the beach not nice! We stayed for an hour and left! 

Old and dated 

We purchased a day pass for two people with "All included" however when we got there we were told that Spa is not available and no one informed us in advance. Then we wanted to hang out in the pool however there were no seats available near the pool and we were told to go to the beach instead even though we purchased a day pass for the resort itself. After convincing someone to listen we received two chairs after struggling getting it. Lunch is served as a buffet and options are limited. No one was trying to really help or resolve the matter. We are very disappointed of what we received for what we paid.

Does not meet expectations 

Beach beautiful, beach chairs and umbrellas readily accessible. Online lunch menu is wonderful but yesterday lunch was an awful buffet only. Very brown overcooked fish, tiny chicken wings, spaghetti and meat sauce, Mac and cheese and rice and beans. Some lettuce with a few toppings and two salad dressings. If we had the online menu to choose from probably would give this resort 5 stars!

Everything great except lunch

This resort is located in one of the best beach areas in St. Lucia. The resort is clean, beautiful and updated. The reason for four stars instead of five is the restaurant food. If you want it fast service just get the fried food items.  Our entrees took way too long to arrive at our table and we missed out on valuable beach time. Shout out to the bartenders. I only had 2 of the 4 drinks and I was niceee. 



Picturesque Location

Beach and water park was great. Staff and food - ok. Transportation was a hit and miss. Amenities were lacking.  Ride there had me regretting my decision to book (driver drove erratic). Ride back with a different driver was total opposite experience.
