The pool was smaller than we expected, but the locker rooms and facilities were nice.

Day Pass

The hotel and staff were wonderful. The steam room, showers, robe and relaxation room were perfect. The pool was rough. Going through the gym is kinda weird and there is no way to see who’s in the pool before you make the journey. There were soooo many kids. The pool is not nearly as big as its looks. the “kids stay free” situation is a bit out of hand. I counted 10 kids and 2 adults but it clears out around 7. The low point of the experience was the ICON parking situation. I would highly advise parking elsewhere. It’s creepy. .

Day Room

We had such a great time and what a convenient way to spend the day in Boston! A little difficulty finding our resi with my name so use the number. Also they didn’t know about the parking offer and somehow we had to pay 85$ but it was confusion with the valet.

Day Room

Very convenient location, beautiful hotel. Central for a lot of Boston sites so a great base for the day. Pool and steam room both great - very comfortable and clean. Capped stay off at the outdoor hotel bar by the river

The Spa was beautiful and staff was wonderful. Unfortunately the Resort Pass website said that the soscess open from 7 am to 7 pm. This was not the case we arrived at 8 am and the spa didn't open until 10am.

Day Room

Just what I needed after my cruise ended in Boston. My flight was changed to later in the night and I had literally 10 hours where I just wanted to find a place for seclusion and rest. The Intercontinental room was the oasis I needed. It was so easy to book reasonably priced and the staff at the hotel were welcoming. I was there a little bit early before 10 AM, but the room was ready. And then we had a lovely brunch in their day restaurant. The bed was so comfortable. The view was fantastic. I just wanted a room to rest and clean up before my flight home - I wasn’t interested in walking around the city, but it was right in the middle of a very beautiful area of Boston. Recommend 110%.

Day Pass

It says “ heated lap pool” but it was not. At first the pool area was cold and then changed to very warm and humid. The pool is not that big, so it can get pretty packed. You also have to walk through the gym to access the pool…. Quite an odd setup. The only upside was the locker/ shower rooms, which were clean and nicely maintained. Im giving it a 3 based on the pool area which is what we were there to use.
