Always so relaxing there. Quiet, privet , clean, and such a good vibe From front desk smiling at you the moment you walk in, to cleaning staff smiling at you and so professional, I’ve booked her rover 5 times

Daybed Cabana

We reserved a cabana for the day and upon our arrival we found that there was no one available to assist us in figuring out which cabana space belonged to us. I asked an employee for help and because of the language barrier pointed me to the attendant overseeing the water slides. I asked the second employee and she simply nodded “no” and pointed to the lifeguard. I went to the lifeguard and he stated I would have to walk back to the front desk to see which cabana was ours. If I was by myself this wouldn’t have been an issue but walking back to the front desk with a family along with all of our belongings seem to be daunting as you would have to exit the pool area, walk past their restaurant and then to the lobby. In the end he was willing to assist but simply selecting a cabana for us. My second issue with this experience was that the cabana did not come with any service whatsoever. The time frame that was allotted for the rental was from 9am to 2pm however checkout was at 11am so I had no choice but to spend an extra $150 for a late departure. The pool did not offer any food or beverage service until 11am (not even water). After waiting until 11am and ordering lunch the food and drinks were subpar at its price-point as well. Overall this was a huge disappointment.

Kids had a great time, loved the slides and the movie in the evening was a great addition but it was crowded in the water at times and then later in the day a boys sport's team group came in, they were just being kids but as time went on it escalated to lot of screaming and throwing of footballs, tackling in the water etc, security did come out and give them a warning. Thankfully my littles were all done in the pool because it would have been dangerous to have them in there at the same time .

Escape Cabana 2:30pm - 8:00pm

We had a really fun day! I highly recommend getting a cabana. The resort is clean and lovely. My only caveat is that it is crowded and geared more for smaller children—my middle schoolers were too big for the water slide and even the deep end of the pool (4. 5 feet). But the water is warm and we had fun!

Daybed Cabana

Was there from 9a to 2p and not a single person who worked at the pool or resort said hello, or offered a bottle of water, or told us how to use the cabana amenities. At 1230p, a woman came and told me she also had reserved my same cabana and asked me to leave. There is NO traditional pool service and it felt very misleading to not say that on the listing. The water slides not only don’t open until midday (?), but the lifeguard was late for work, and there was a line of 20 angry kids and parents chanting LIFEGUARD!! LIFEGUARD!! LIFEGUARD!! As the wait for the slides increased and increased. Once open, they only opened 1/2 slides for some reason, so the disappointment continued. The entirety of this trip was water slide based- By the time we had to leave the pool at 2p after arriving at 9a to water slide all day, the slides had only been fully open for around 75 mins. This is not a cheap cabana, but the service is HELLACIOUS (/non existent).

Premier Fireside Cabana 10:00am - 7:00pm

We liked this hotel and will definitely go back. I liked the cabana we rented and the small waterslides were perfect for my kids. The only thing that could use improvement is the food sold at the pool bar.

Premier Fireside Cabana 10:00am - 7:00pm

The cabana was nice and clean. lots of good space for our group. However, it took a while to find someone to open the “gate” for us. Every staff member was working hard, but maybe they need to have more staff on site to help guests and provide a more seamless experience
