Cabana

We came on a Wednesday and checking in was smooth. Pool area was nice and cabana daybed was comfortable. Took off one star because the pool bar was closed even though it said pool bar open daily on the website. Towel service was a nice touch

Nice Staycation

Beautiful pool setting, great food and drinks. It is a regency so you are going to get more kids than usual but it's mostly adults on the lounge chairs. Would definitely go back

The pool area is set up very well with a good amount of chairs & cabanas. Unfortunately the cabanas are not numbered or marked in any way & the gentleman that was assisting was giving another staff member a break so he was unsure as to which cabana was which. He asked for help & guided us to where we thought we would spend the day. About 30 minutes after settling in someone came by & told us that we were directed to the wrong cabana & asked us to move. We did so, & the staff offered to comp us some beverages. When we opted to get food the gentleman working the bar/snack area was very pleasant & communicated with the line of people acknowledging us thanking for our patience as he was the only one working. He continued to smile & be pleasant with everyone, giving wonderful service to all. I believe having a server take orders & deliver food/beverages would benefit instead of pool guests waiting in line in the hot sun to order at the bar/snack area. 

Great staff

This is formally the Irvine Hotel. The pool is brand new. It is an okay size. The two slides are very small- not quite 1 story high. Everything is very clean. I wish the cabanas had more shade, but the stylish slat designs allow too much sun for my preference. All staff was exceptionally polite. Though, the amount of staff at the pool was limited. Only 1 bartender at a small snack shack caused long waits for food and drink. No wait staff to come to your cabana. The drinks were expensive, weak, and not quite full. I think they are trying very hard to figure things out so soon enough it should all improve. Our parking was validated. We would return again.

New and nice

The staff at check in were very professional and nice. I really appreciate that as it was my first time using resort pass, and I did not know what to expect.  The Cabana was nice, the pool and Jacuzzi. Everything was definitely worth what we spent, including the complementary parking . I was able to get a great lunch inside and also a chai latte in the morning. There was a lifeguard on duty and also somebody managing the waterslides. The music and vibe was great. There are plenty of trash cans and clean bathrooms.  I only question why they dont have outdoor showers usually one would shower before entering the pool and after getting out of the pool but there are no showers available.
