Day Room

Had a great day stay at this hotel! Rooms were very nice and clean. Unfortunately it rained so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool much. But it was lovely!

Best decision we made returning from our cruise vacation!!!! We returned to port early morning but couldn’t catch a flight until later that night. HRCC resort pass was the perfect way to spend the day in total comfort.

Day Room

I really loved my experience here. I booked a day room during an 11-hour layover in Miami, and it was exactly what I needed. The room was comfortable and quiet, so I was able to rest, and I also really enjoyed spending time by the pool. It made a very long layover feel relaxing instead of exhausting. Since I booked less than 24 hours beforehand, the hotel did not have my reservation in their system when I arrived. Check-in took longer than expected while the manager called ResortPass to confirm it, but my reservation was honored and everything worked out. Someone also came to the room around 6:30pm to ask when I would be checking out, even though my reservation was until 7pm, which was a little unexpected. Neither of those things took away from the overall experience. I had such a lovely, relaxing day and would absolutely come back. I can definitely see myself returning this winter just to spend a day enjoying the pool.

Day Room

Check in was quick and easy and all hotel staff were knowledgeable and pleasant. We self parked for $24 for the day, and could go in and out. The room was large, pleasant and clean. We had hoped for a pool day, but since it rained all day we ended up walking around the area to restaurants and the mall. highly recommend this day pass!

Day Room

Although the hotel is a bit dated, it is located in a beautiful, upscale neighborhood surrounded by great boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. The pool area is gorgeous, very clean, and well-designed. Since our flight was late in the evening, having a Day Room was incredibly convenient. I am absolutely delighted with this experience!"

Day Room

This was my first time using a resort pass but it definitely won't be my last. The Hyatt Regency Coral Gables in particular is a beautiful hotel with a great outdoor swimming pool. The staff was very kind and helpful upon check in. Our room was very large and comfortable. It was great to have some exercise and take a shower closer to our late departure flight after a cruise. There are lots of restaurant options within a few minutes. walk. Highly recommend.
