Day Room

The day room pass served the intended purpose (we had late flight). The pool area was OK. The tables were filthy though. The room was comfortable but TV didn’t work. The front desk said they would send someone up but no one ever came. lu

Day Pass

First off, I’ve stayed here multiple times and I love this hotel. However, this day pass experience was not great. The pool ladies room was locked, so I asked the front desk if it could be unlocked. Right away she apologized and said she would call maintenance. A few hours later, it was still locked. I called the front desk. This time a man answered and said the same thing, he will call maintenance. I checked the door 45-60 mins later, now there’s a sign stating sorry for the inconvenience - please use other side, THE MENS ROOM.

Day Room

This was my first time using ResortPass to book a day room, and I thought it would be a great idea for my husband and me, especially since it was his birthday. With a young child, we rarely have time for ourselves, so this was exactly what we needed while our little one was in school. I chose the Hilton because I had never experienced this brand before and was curious about it. The room we had was okay; it overlooked the lower roof of the hotel's conference room. While it wasn’t a water view, we weren’t there for the scenery. However, we found washcloths left behind the door from the previous occupant, and there were no washcloths available for us, so we had to use the hand towels instead. Additionally, the water in the tub drained slowly. On a positive note, we truly enjoyed the breakfast at the on-site restaurant, and the General Manager was very kind and friendly when he greeted us. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location and would highly recommend it to others.

Day Pass

Everything was great, except my expectation was to spend the time at the pool. There were two different groups of gentlemen that came to the pool with large speakers, so along with the hotel music playing, there were two other sources of music going as well. I left and spent the last 4 hours inside the lobby. I did find out later that this was not permitted by the hotel and the guests were probably not legit and had snuck in somehow. I didn’t think about making a complaint to the front desk as I was just there on a day pass and not familiar with the hotel.

We spent 5 hours at your location and it was great. From the valet to the front desk, everyone was welcoming.

Day Pass

I'll start by saying, the low price should have been a red flag. We were just looking for a place to relax for a few hours and figured a Hilton downtown would be pretty nice. We were wrong. This pool has no amenities and was generally disgusting. There is no bar and no service at the pool. You have to go to the bar inside if you want anything, and then we were reprimanded for cutting through the bar to get to the pool. Apparently we were supposed to be given a room key to use the locking gate on the outside that hotel guests use, but no one told us that when we checked in. Around the pool, discarded scrunchies and bobby pins and a random fake fingernail are scattered around. There are no rules, I guess, about what you can do in the pool area, including vaping (in the pool), smoking weed, wrestling, throwing a ball over the heads of other other guests, whatever. Then there were the bathrooms. There is only one stall per gender in the pool area and the women's was out of soap. The bathroom inside had a clogged toilet that was stinking up the whole place, most stalls out of TP, and sinks out of soap and paper towels. Why didn't I just tell someone, you ask? The only employees around were the two women at the front desk, who had a long line, and a bartender, who had since disappeared. We left in under two hours.
